If I could do zero stars I would this is an absolute scam they ship from china & there an absolute horrible quality. Do not recommend place needs to be shut down

Footyoutlet store made it look like they are from Sydney , so I thought this will be quick , I’m only up tue road !!
WRONG !!!! 4 weeks 3 days after constant prompting, communication back was 100% but that didnt make it come any faster, wasn’t till the 3 rd week they decided to send it , arrived perfectly 1 week 3 days later , where as my other shirt no real difference took 5 days , they have history of doing this , i need to research reviews thoroughly next time , definitely will not use again , plenty of other sites to use soooo much faster

If there was negative 500 i would place it. The absolute worst company to deal with. Obviously the clothing is not genuine and is manufactured overseas but the waiting time for delivery and the communication is absolutely disgusting.. right down to the point that I will be contacting the ombudsman about this company. I contacted Afterpay about them and it was only then that the company got in touch. Afterpay should delete them from the account. Worst experience ever!!

Do not purchase anything from these scammers they do not give you any tracking info it took over a month to get my jersey and I have been trying to get a refund from them for over a month now and they constantly give me a fake excuse to why they won’t do a refund such as my order is out for delivery when I had my order for 2 weeks prior the quality of the jersey is shit

Worst experience!!
I disputed my order as I got no tracking or confirmation of purchase of my order. The phone number they provided belongs to a lady who is not involved with the footy outlet at all, and got alot of disgruntled customers calling her with the same problem. The shipping number and order numbers can not be tracked , and to top it off I can't even log into the created account, it just keeps saying invalid email. Someone needs to shut these fraudulent pricks down!!!

Ordered 2 months ago, still no tracking number and no goods received. Have written over 30 emails with either no reply or a reply telling they’ll look into it or it’s being processed next week. They will not give a refund. ABSOLUTE ROBBERY. DO NOT USE. DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY THEIR PRICES.

Ordered a warriors top for my dad for Father’s Day more than a week in advance to make sure it arrived in time. It has been 2 weeks and it still hasn’t been sent. I will not be ordering from them again and should have checked reviews before ordering !

Ordered over a month ago still not received. Im sure I was scammed by this company. Please buy elsewhere. There is no jersey coming.

Received my order with the wrong number on the back and they basically said oh well so sad. They also lied and said the jersey was not available anymore but I went on their site and guess what I could order it. I will be making a complaint to the ACCC as I now have been reading all the reviews and this company is absolutely terrible and should not be able to distribute to Australia.

I received someone else's jersey, with someone else's name on it.
I understand these things happen, but when I asked to get my order, their response was we don't refund or exchange.
I didn't receive the product I paid for so how is this a fair answer?
Consumer affairs will be all over this!

Ordered mid August and shirts arrived 2 days ago and shirts are pergect. I ordered 3x NZ Warriors jerseys to be delivered to australia. Let it be known that orders come from China and while the long delivery wait was a headache. The price and quality of the shirts was worth it

Ffs! Ordered on August 11th still nothing! I did email but now my link with my shipping number can no longer be found! I did order through afterpay so I’m going to just try and cancel it and get my money back since there is no response nor can I check my tracking

🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩stay away. This company does not follow through. My daughter paid $120 and two weeks later, tracking number canceled. No order and she is taking this matter further to report them.

Do not buy of this company. Communication poor, finished product poor, won’t refund. Where product is suppose to have white writing it’s blue.

Website is a scam. Ordered a Jersey 1.5 months ago and apart from getting an innitial confirmation email its just been crickets and no response to emails.

Absolutely zero customer support, takes days to receive a reply to emails. I have had a Jersey on order for a month and keep getting told it will be shipped but nothing is being done. Was supposed to be a Father's Day gift !!! Quick to take your money and then don't supply product. I will be lodging a dispute with PayPal, 100% DO NOT recommend this Company, avoid at all costs !!!!

Well my shirt arrived today. The price was fair but waiting 2-3 weeks for delivery was a big disappointment. I guess when your offering free delivery this is the outcome, personally I'd prefer to pay delivery in order to have the item in a few days opposed to weeks just saying..

IGNORE FOOTY OUTLET - Liars and false information

Constant lies about item being in transit but tracking says nothing has been shipped at all and I'm only in NZ. It is now 2 weeks. Where is it getting sent to? THE NORTH POLE? They are purposely ignoring my emails and refusing to refund me based on their stuff up. Support other business not this piece of shit business that lies and advises false information/update to buy time.

Excellent, my jersey I ordered is top notch really happy with it. I was incredibly worried if it would arrive but after contacting them and literally asking if they were a scam and reading through their website I took the risk. It was slow because it was a preorder item - which is the only downfall they should have emailed me and said that.
So other than slow - ordered 12th August arrived 1st September in New Zealand I am incredibly rapt with the jersey, it’s fantastic quality and looks amazing
