Footstools & More Recensioni

Everyone at Footstools & More is very helpful and really quick to respond to queries, and the quality of their upholstery work is outstanding. It's a pleasure to deal with this company, and I've placed many orders with them. Great customer service and great products.

Smooth process. Great customer service team - easy communication, supportive and diligent. Used a different designer fabric that I have shipped in myself.
Good lead times. Excellent quality. Very satisfied with final product.

We ordered a Camden medium piped round footstool with piping in the Melbourne Heather fabric as we have elements of purple, teal and green in the room where we're using it and it looks absolutely wonderful. The build and finish are excellent. Fabric samples were sent promptly and delivery was smooth, I could mark down a tiny bit (to 4.8 stars) as it took just over five weeks, rather than the estimated three to four and, as others have mentioned, there were no progress updates - but that feels a bit churlish as we're so pleased with the product.

A little disappointed with the finished product

Footstools and More were very easy to deal with. Spoke to them several times on the telephone and was able to talk through my requirements and any queries. Was able to speak to an actual person which is not always the case these days!

I received my Kensington footstool within the estimated timescale. Absolutely delighted with the quality of the footstool which has been much admired. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Thank you to all concerned.

Excellent product. Great communication. Also very well packaged so it arrived in great condition

Very efficient and communicative - couldn’t have been easier to deal with and accommodating as regards a material remnant I wanted to use. Delighted with my footstool - arrived well packaged and on time. Many thanks.

An excellent footstool. Beautifully made and exactly what I needed.

We had been looking for a Footstool/Coffeetable for sometime and just couldn’t find what we wanted.
We stumbled across Footstools and mores website, ordered some fabric samples, which we received very promptly.
After much whittling down of options we created our final choices, placed the order and sat back.
5 weeks later we received our completed order which has exceeded our expectations on all levels.
Quality - superb. Craftsmanship- superb.
Overall experience- superb.
Unsurprisingly we’re now looking to place another order.

From start to finish the process was very smooth. Fabric samples were sent very quickly enabling us to make our choice with confidence.
It took around 6 weeks to arrive, exactly what was stated at the time of order.
Once the footstool was ready, delivery was arranged and co-ordinated directly with the driver who kept me informed throughout.
The footstool is beautifully made and exactly what we were hoping for.
A quality product with perfect service throughout.
Thank you

Lovely footstool - looks great and very well made. Excellent communication and delivery.

Footstools & More were very accommodating when we wanted to change the legs of our footstool (as on delivery we realised we had chosen legs which were too large). They were really nice about it and sent our replacement choice immediately, we returned our original choice - easy to unscrew and fit - job done. Footstool looks great at a very good price.

Made to measure storage footstool is perfect ! Excellent quality - beautiful leather and nice fabric and detail inside. I am very happy.
This is my third footstool purchased from Footstools and More.

I'd fully recommend Footstools and More. All my enquiries were dealt with swiftly and professionally by Mark. I received all the fabric samples I requested and was able to make my choice quickly.
I received my ottoman in the timescales I had been advised of and I'm delighted with the item.
The quality and workmanship is second to none.

Great product and communication. Was even able to choose delivery slot for no extra cost

Thank you. Lovely product and good service.

I have given 3 stars as there was a pull in the material at the top of the foot stool and suprised it passed checks before being dispatched.
