I had a slight issue with one of the items delivered and Footplate dealt with this as soon as I advised them of same. Customer service was excellent.

Great items, excellent service
Really happy with my purchases from Footplate. I predominantly model Canadian trains from the UK and finding items can be difficult. Footplate regularly has great second hand models at excellent prices. For my slightly niche needs Footplate is an exception retailer.

I am a regular purchaser of 00 gauge railway items from the fantastic team at Footplate. What I am really impressed with is their promptness at dealing with any enquiry. Only once did I have a serious issue where the Loco would not run, they sent a return label and amazingly replaced the faulty motor. Absolutely Brilliant!! Thank you Team for your excellent service
