I have been emailing and calling them for a withdrawal of 117 euros and they have been ignoring me without providing a single answer on why my withdrawals were rejected by my bank. Please note that my account is -13,000 euro +.
They have 0 respect for the customer, they have been cheating on the odds (a team scores, they let you bet further odds based on this goal, then they suspend the match remove the goal and won't refund you the money you paced )
Avoid them at ANY COST ! Worst customer service ever and not even paying their good customers.

This refers to fonbet.gr which should be OUT of business. They only want to have customers who spend money and NOT win. They LIMIT your bets even if you have won only 10€. While their support might seem ok, this is not what the main point of these sites are. The main point is have only customers who loose, and NOT to win. Dont waste your time and money to these scammers.
