Thieves! JUST DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE! Dishonest all the way!

This is a follow up to my original post. After placing an order June 12th, still nothing. After lengthy email exchange, as you can't contact a live person, was told a refund would be issued. I explained the original debit card that was used is no longer valid due to fraudulent charges. I explained that to them numerous times and yet they said refund was issued to that card. What??? I asked for proof and questioned why they would credit a debit card that's no longer valid, crickets. Please do not get scammed like I did!

After over 2 months I never received the USA 250th Anniversary Patriotic Wall Bell product that I ordered from Fomonest. I have sent multiple emails to Fomonest and no reply from Fomonest. I do not recommend ordering from this company. Fomonest took my money and never sent me the USA 250th Anniversary Patriotic Wall Bell product. I want my money back, $44.98 US.

Never received my merchandise at all. Email several times And they tell me it is delayed. Ask for a refund because of it and didnt get anywhere. I finally contact my credit card company to dispute the charge after almost 2 months not getting anywhere with them. They credit card company credit me back temporary untill they investigated the situation temporarily. I can't see them getting anywhere with them either. So hopefully I can keep my credit.

I ordered 2 mugs that looked amazing online. What I received were 2 tiny, very poor quality toys that would have been suitable for children, painted by children. To be reimbursed, I was advised to return the item in Tokyo from LA, USA, at my own expense. Since the shipping was higher than the price paid, I had to give up as IDK how else to recover my loss.

I got scammed by this company DONOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM they sent me some junk for 41.96 it was supposed to be Jose Cuervo Day of the Dead tequila container they sent me something entirely different it’s cheap and very small not what they advertised on the site on Facebook and they have taken it down because they are scammers..i cannot get a full refund they want to send me 8.00 and keep this junk but now they are wanting me to pay the difference of 33.96 which was not the agreement because it’s not worth nothing but 5-10.00 if that I wish I could put what they sent me on here it bad business and I’m not happy about being scammed!!!!!! I ordered it May 25 and asked them not to send it I had cancelled but since I did it through Affirm I had to wait 60 for a response 🙄. I did a dispute because I received an email from Fomonest saying it was shipped on May 31st after telling them to cancel…this whole process has been a nightmare!!!! I didn’t get this junk until the end of June because it’s shipped from China….

I ordered 3 craft items to make fairies and a mouse - there was no pattern - just a photo of the pieces - about 4 cm. high. they said it would cost me to return them, they would refund $15 of my approx.$45 cost
I have not received this refund yet

Please do not order anything from this company they are scammers they get your money and provide multiple fake tracking numbers and then say the order is delivered and never received your order I don’t see why they haven’t been shut down all of these complaints about peoples not receiving there orders and they are still in business I have reported them to the BBB they are looking into this now I hope don’t no one spend there money you won’t get the product theses are straight scammers from a angry customer that they took my money and keep lying

I ordered the false teeth April 19 2026 still haven't gotten them or even a email nothing I've had to email them .they say they on way ,! That's it .I said I wanted a refund said no can't do that it's on the way !! There full of bolony I want my $40 back supposedly in Richmond VA last month lmao that only a couple hrs from me .they said they were being shipped from china !!?? Makes no since .it's been 2 months

I ordered a Snoopy garden plane. It looks great in the ad and advertised “5 Stars” on Trust pilot. I got a metal one dimensional plane to put together. It’s not what was advertised!
