Nothing like the ×2 " Love you to the moon and back" pictures I had ordered!
Just inferior in every way from the seaglass to the perspect covering.
1 of the 2 ordered arrived on its own in a damaged state. The flimsy box was squashed, though it had some bubble wrap the perspex was cracked in various places and the backboard was bent and also split. I messaged straight away, sent photos as requested and asked where was the other missing item.
2weeks later the other item arrived. Box again was the same and the perspex had 3 cracks but the back was intact this time
Again I messaged,sent photos and was told they were scratches and try peeling off the film?!!
I have asked for refunds for the items.

The company seaglassdiy is a fraud! Do not order from them! I ordered a big order from them , they got my credit card info and charged me 49.13 and have never sent any products ! I was on a pay several times agreement. Now they are trying to get another payment from me and they still have shipped nothing to me in 5 weeks. They look very appealing a mom and pop handmade store but they are not real!!! I loved there products are the pictures they showed but it was all fake!!! So please do not order from them you will never get your products or money back! I don’t know how else to save others from what I am going thru to get my money back.

I placed an order almost a month ago. The company sent me a tracking number. It’s a fake number. I attempted to call the phone number on their website, it’s not in service,
I have been writing emails to info@seaglassdiy18993 and info@sea nana.com and they keep saying it’s been shipped and repeatedly gives me the same tracking number.
I spoke to their chat rep on their website (seaglassdiy.com) and they loomed up the tracking number and stated it’s not a valid number.

I began searching this company.
The owner ( they claim on their website) is Tracy Lawson. So, I looked this person up. NO SUCH PERSON!

I am going to see how I can get them for thievery. Does anyone have any suggestions.?
I also want to contact Facebook since that’s where I saw the ad,
I despise thief's.

Can someone start a CLASS ACTION again sea glass diy or buy sea glass?

I have gathered lots of information on them. Found out the address on their’About Us ..is actually a Police department.

These people have no fear at all.

Any advise is appreciated .

I should have checked reviews before ordering. Just like everyone else I have not received my order and it’s been over a month. Reached out many times and occasionally will receive a form letter with no useful information.
I will be disputing discharge on my credit card.
Do not order from this company company, it’s a scam. Shame on them!!

Do not waste your money with this company. Their stuff is terrible. It’s a scam company. It takes three months to get!!!! the plastic colors that they use are terrible they’re bland. They are so generic and they come from China.

placed an order 2 months ago and still have not recieved my order

The ‘sea glass’ is small and not at all like the photos. The side leaves are fake plastic and not twisted wire as pictured. A total rip off. I’m so disappointed. I will be fighting to get my money back.

Product shipped in cheap envelope,,,not in a protective box,,,,, arrived broken and damaged beyond use. No response from company. Also,,, not at all as pictured. Terrible changes,,,wrong colors, aweful quality. Picture of senior lady making these is NOT true.

It took a month to come and was not the size advertised! It’s tiny! No response to email either! Scammers!!!

I really would even give them one star. Scam. I placed my order of $59.95 on Jan 26, 2026 and have yet to receive anything. I have reached out several times and emails tried in get in touch with them and nothing. It's a shame because the crafts they showed are really cute and was looking forward to getting my order. Total scam. Shame on them.

Sent for four items 6/2/26. Money taken. Informed same day that packed and label created. Nothing since. Have sent many e mails now 5/3/26. Cannot tell me where my order is. Excuses as to why no updates, inundated with orders etc.
No other company has these problems with the postal service it seems.
Keep telling me it has been sent but won’t tell me where it is?
Tracking number provided yields no information other than label created 6/2/26 with Royal Mail.

I see on their Facebook page that other people have labelled them a scam.
27 days and NOTHING!!!!!
I want my £58.87 refund and apologies for incorrect,useless,bogus or misleading information.
