Very pleased with my purchase
I am very pleased with my non-standard size mattress, made to measure. The cover wasn't available for this unusually size but this is not a problem as a mattress protector works just as well.
The mattress arrived very quickly and was well packed.

Delivery was not on day offered etc but excellent response.
Delivery was not on day offered and requested. Foam seems ok, stockinette is a disaster, very poorly applied such that the foam wouldn’t flatten, stockinette far too small and badly ripped. I just pulled it off, as it was useless. Don’t pay for stockinette!
Revised rating to 5 stars. Had a first class, professional response covering the points I was dissatisfied with in my initial review. Really pleasing to receive a genuine effort to resolve customer issues.
