Foamdirect Recensioni

Quick, quality, perfectly cut according to the specification.

I couldn’t have had a more wonderful experience! Great, clear communication and excellent customer service.
Sophia especially was brilliant, and organised a trim on the measurements for us and was incredible generous with her teams time and resources to help us out!
I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend the company!

Very quick delivery.
The foam is very good quality and perfect for my bench seat.

Excellent product and great service.

Delivery was one day later than predicted with no contact to inform me.

Needed replacement cushion foam for sofa. Site was easy to navigate and prices were clearly stated. Delivery was quick. Whole process conducted with a minimum of fuss.

Made perfectly and very comfortable I can now sit on my bed sofas

A bit disappointed - ordered for delivery on Tuesday when I would be home to take the delivery, however the delivery did not arrive. Now I will have to reschedule delivery for a week away.

Paid £10 for delivery which I hoped would be reduced given it did not arrive on the booked day but no luck so far.

Updated 18/09 to 5 stars for a speedy resolution to this problem and full refund of the shipping costs - thanks!

Excellent service, great product and quick delivery.

Super fast delivery.
Had a small issue with one piece of foam, which was rectified quickly with a replacement arriving the following day.
Top class company.

Quick delivery, easy to understand measurement template, good choice

Always fast, efficient and helpful

Only a small order and collected. The staff were fantastically helpful and the product was as good as expected

Great service and guide on how to measure your sofa pads, Very good price and Delivery was very quick and will be using this company again

Measurements precise

The service was good. We purchased a 1 5cm layer of "luxury foam" to add to an existing mattress for our campervan but found this wasn't firm enough and the stockinette was inadequate at this thickness. The company did refund that element of the order but overall I was disappointed especially the way the foam was marketed with no mention of how thick it had to be to achieve the level of firmness implied. Eventually purchased a pilates mat instead.

At the time of receiving your feedback request - the foam has not been delivered.

Very quick delivery - made to exact specifications

Easy to speak to a person for advise and they answered the phone immediately. Fantastically swift service. 10/10!

The ordering of the foam was made very easy by following your instructions and the foam was cut to exactly the size we wanted and delivered, thank you for your expertise.
