Do not book with this company, they recieve refunds from a cancelled trip and do not pass this back to the customer. Confirmed with airlines that refunds had been issued but no refund to the customer.
10 to 14 days to receive an email back from them.
Dont spend your hard earned money with a company who treat customers like this

I booked a holiday in November for a deal on icelolly.com it was a Florence, Venice and Rome trip. I have to agree the customer service wasn’t great and the staff on the phone did shout at me a few times for asking questions about the holiday like ‘when will I receive train tickets’ which I don’t think is a big ask? But I cannot fault the holiday! They got us a very very good deal to go away for valentines in feb. The hotels were decent and we had good flight times too. Personally I would book with flytrip travel again as I found they were great at finding a good deal and the holiday was great.

Hello everyone.i can see many disapponted people booking ,with this agency!!do you know any contact number ?,because this people hide it frome the world-no answer on my emails-phone is off,or mail box is full.i pay 1000£ for a holiday in cyprus and due to corona virus was cancel-but the issue is my refund-they told me from 70-90 working days-this is a joke!!what you people can suggest me?
Where do I start...
Previously I wrote a 5 star review, but now it has completely changed due to the following circumstances. My trip to Rome has been CANCELLED due to the coronavirus. The country is now in LOCKDOWN and have been advised NOT to travel. I have booked the flights AND hotel at the same time by a voucher. But funny that I can only get a refund for the flights and NOT the hotel?? I’m sorry, that’s pathetic. Im being robbed of £348 from something OUT OF MY CONTROL. I’m not going not because I don’t want to, but because I PHYSICALLY CANNOT fly to the country. How does it make sense I can have a refund for one and not the other. And now I’m getting sarcastic comments through email. At first I was treated very nicely, now it’s just disrespectful. Hope others read this and take warning of going through cheap unheard of companies. You think you’re getting a good deal but they will rob you.
Fly trip travel (agency) can be a lot better not great at the moment.

When we got to Rome the package booked ride to the hotel also wasn't present- we waited for two & half hours whilst making numerous phone calls to all numbers given but no show. We eventually gave in and called on a taxi, since we returned home we've contacted the agency and shared a copy of the taxi receipt but to date (its March now) no refund have been received.
Absolutely disappointing... the 2 star is for the hotel, its service & really good location.
Disappointed and sadden by the behaviour of this company
Booked a trip using this company customer service is very very bad. Booked flights a hotel for my birthday celebrations and was called the next day and told the hotel was fully booked. I was offered 4 other hotels that did not meet the standard of my original hotel booking. I then let Donna the manager know that the hotel was available for 3 out of 4 nights and was willing to take a downgrade for one night as we are travelling for my birthday celebration she then told me it is a City Break and I can club from Sunday not exactly the same. Very Patronising and after all that the manager says she will need to charge me extra.
