I have found Adam of fly trip travel very helpful and thorough when looking for a very good holiday for me and my family during these testing times. He spent a lot of time looking for the best prices and matching our requirements to the best holiday. Highly recommended

booked through this company and dealt wih Sam who initially seemd to find us a good deal and matched the price on last minute. However, when the documents were emailed and total price came through, £15 additional charges were added and the booking was not as agreed. we had booked a private transfer from the airport included in the price, but the documents stated we had been booked on the shuttle. when I contacted Sam to suggest a mistake had been made, he said he couldnt book us a private transfer and offered us £35 refund. I insisted I wanted a private transfer or I would cancel and he and Donna finally booked us a private transfer.
when we got to the hotel, the upgraded room we had booked - at extra cost - was not available and when I tried to contact the company for help was just passed around. NO ONE contacted me,nor responded to phone messages or emails. and I left plenty. I was just left to sort it out myself at the resort. DEFINATELY WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Sam was very helpful and made us feel comfortable and at ease. We have been really looking froward to a holiday and he did it for us effortlessly. He ensured all our worries were gone and we really appreciate it. Thank you Sam! X

Well as my wife put on an earlier review still not received all refund Donna sent 2 emails saying money in from airline and latter one from hotel but sam said no such emails sent so I sent him emails but still no joy avoid at all cost having to go further now not going to let this go so please avoid and use someone else

We booked a holiday with the amazing help of a lovely lady called Dona, she went above and beyond to do what she could for us, we are meeting friends in London to go on holiday with and Dona got us on the same flight, we are totally over the moon, thank you Dona x

Well here we go again I have been emailing and phoning this company from the beginning of april,we had a holiday booked (which was obviously cancelled for the 14 April) this company were still telling us to turn up at the airport even tho easy jet had grounded its fleet ,we have been waiting for our refund since the 12th of April when the trip was eventually cancelled. We were told to wait ninety days which we have well actually it is now 108 days we have received some of our money but not the full refund and listened to so many excuses 1) you never speak to the same person 2) the money kept back was for cancellation fees 3) they are waiting for suppliers to pay it back, this is all rubbish as I’ve contacted the hotel and easyJet who inform us the money has been returned. I have now contacted watch dog to look into this for us as I’m tired of listening to these people who give any excuse that pops into their heads. One more thing I’d like to add is the people giving good reviews on this company some of them actually work for this company which I was to believe was not allowed to happen. Please please avoid this robbing company at all costs , you’ll pay more in phone calls to speak to someone .
