Excellent service from ground staff to the plane staff ...... very professional and nice people I had a very comfortable journey with my son who recently got knee injury.The guy on front desk helped us in every possible way....special thanks to the wheel chair guy would love to travel again

Lahore-Islamabad-Lahore sector is becoming popular with people who would otherwise be travelling by motorway. I have Fly Jinnah App, on which I was able to download my Boarding Card that was seamless but at the Gate 12 at Lahore, the staff had to enter my details manually on the computer. This was a process which was a bit longish and can easily be addressed by a quick scan from my cell. Looking forward for my trip back to Lahore on Monday.
This sector is used by passengers who can be considered as commuters, therefore, consideration can be given for pick and drop facility on flat rate basis, so as to further facilitate the experience.

Travelled with my family recently from Islamabad to Karachi. The staff was extremely hospitable and the overall flight experience for comfortable. I definitely recommend Fly Jinnah as airline of choice to any one.

I have booked a flight with Fly Jinnah. My customer couldn't travel; they offloaded her. She was flying back to her home country, Dhaka. She missed the flight; she paid 170k for a poor lady struggling in our country as a guest. I called the airline for the date change, but they need 24 hours for that; useless policy, as there were only 21 hours from the time I booked the flight. Instead of changing the date, they are paying me back 22k so that I can use again in flyJinnah ticket, which I really don't want. as I don't want my client to pay me same amount and if she couldn't travel she loss more money. and I do the same discussion with the airline. Don't book with this airline; total shitt

My first experience of flying with fly Jinnah was more than satisfactory. My flight was Islamabad to lahore and the flight duration being 35 minutes. Cabin crew needs to pay more emphasis on safety precautions as they did not take a round before take off and landing to see all the passengers are complying with safety precautions. The passenger next to me had his dunning tray unsecured.

The whole process of booking, check in counter and flight was smooth, except for confusion on the gate we were supposed to board from. The staff was courteous and had great disposition. The plane was clean and and well maintained. The service was smooth. The food however needs improvement. The only thing that I didnt like was the landing. It was anything but soft. It was hard and bumpy and left a lot to be desired. The airline could possibly improve on that.
Also, I have always had issues with claiming the air rewards.

Everything was good from check in till departure. Good staff, good aircraft, good cabin crew and puntuality

Flying with fly Jinnah is wonderful; all perfect so far , I took five flights from ISB-LHR , however , I am not able join loyalty program and website is not fully responsive
