Choose it primarily for its punctuality and in that regard was not disappointed; airplane was neat and clean and the cabin crew was assertive. The seats were a bit cramped but it was bearable considering the duration of flight. Upgrading to VALUE is recommended

Well my experience has always been very good And I always fly with this airline But this time I had a flight from Karachi to Peshawar on 1st August. So the boarding officers very verry misbehaved with me in front of my children. This time my husband was not with us, perhaps he took advantage of being a single woman. No one can even imagine such rudeness I was not going to complain twice but I passed on some issues, personal issues.I wanted to complain there but they did not let me go We would go for four paise and we would have four hands of curry and a big bag allowed Because I had paid for a big bag with the ticket. As a person does not know how much weight is there in his bag, then just because of a little excess weight, he gets rude to me despite my excuse and despite paying extra 4000. And instead he told me to go by train, you have no business here. Who told them whether we go by train or by air? Whatever price you charge for the ticket, we pay it for you . , so how can they misbehave with us and use such nonsense words?? He had started fighting to such an extent that those who said otherwise, take extra money from her or do cancel hr ticket and tell her to go in train.nd my children were seeing the fighting style of three men they were scared. ,And that's why those three male officers were fighting because why did i raise my voice very very bad experience

It was my first time travelling in fly Jinnah and air Arabia combined flight to London. I was really disappointed as the fare is really high and the services are not up to the standard. There’s no food provided in the fare being charged. Very low standard flight. The plan seats are worse than the bus seats and no entertainment system to keep kids busy. I will not fly with this air line again and will recommend anyone.

Very positive experience. It’s reliable so far, food is good, and aircraft’s are well maintained/ if Fly Jinnah want to further improve please spend more time and effort on your crew so they are polite and professional. I think that’s a visible improvement required as you move from an international airlines to Fly Jinnah. My experience is based on flying on Emirates to Karachi and taking this connection

There was no issue in my journey. Timely departure, cooperative staff and facilities were up to mark. Online booking experience was wonderful. Much more cheaper than others e.g PIA.

Amazing experience. We are expecting much less on Pakistan Domestic aircraft before travel. Flight was on time with comfortable seats, efficient crew. Love to fly again.

Usually Flights are delayed by 20 to 30 mintx, except that service is good. Need improvement 👍🏼

Journeyed between Karachi and Islamabad twice. Super clean aircrafts. Excellent cabin crew. Helpful, proactive and knowledgeable. Decent food in terms of taste but multiple options available on-board. Nearly punctual. No flight rescheduling. I did all the bookings online and found the process streamlined.

I used FJ for my travel from KHI to LHR. The flight was on time, staff was extremely professional, leg space was impressive, food was fresh. For the first time, I booked my air tickets online and it was extremely conveniant. Keep up the good work FJ.

The staff in Jeddah Saudi Arabia are very rude and misbehaving i traveled from Karachi to Jeddah with a handbag but when I travelled back from Jeddah to Karachi with the same bag the boarding staff stopped me from carrying that bag although I have traveled with the same bag before but refused to let me carry that bag and asks for 635 Rial if i want to carry that bag because of them i had to left that bag on the airport with my stuff inside it..
