I've always preferred to travel with flyjinnah based on its on time flights. The on flight entertainment is awesome. The cabin crew is highly professional and very helpful. However, in my opinion the in flight menu should be uniform to save time for the cabin crew. Lastly I would like to point out a ambiguity of luggage as I had to carry frozen mutton which was properly packed in thermopol and filled with dry ice. But despite described on the web the check in counters refused to check it in.

An airline which truly respects your time

I would say I have never had such experience from any other flight which is so punctual and respects their passengers time.

On time departure leads to on time arrival.

Good Experience, Convenient travel and Nice Staff

Best budget airline for sure. Sarah the crew head was so sweet. Food was so yummy, flight landed before time from sharjah to lahore np502 Keep up the good work team.

It was good experience for domestic flight with Airbus.Flight was in-time, the staff behaviour was best, overall very good. I strongly recommend for Fly Jinnah.

Overall ok - staff courtesy can improve. Airport handling specially at Lahore airport was poor!! Had to wait for the bus on tarmac, when the bus came, they were adamant to wait for the entire plane to fit in to the bus !! Pathetic

It was wonderful everything is good good staff neet and clean atmosphere

Over all flight experience is highly satisfying except:
1. It was delayed by 1/2 an hour
2.Used bus instead of bridge for boarding plane.

The on demand meal was very hiegenic and tasty.

Punctuality, cleanliness, staff, app services all deserve five star.
ONLY NEGATIVE POINT: The foam cushion at the bottom is very thin and uncomfortable. Needs to be a little bit thick and of good quality foam for making the travel experience more fantastic.

Good service

First domestic flight experience, it was from Islamabad to Lahore, plane was neat and comfortable, i wasnt expecting this good, but i was surprised that a domestic flight can be this good, i loved the flying experience, and will definetely prefer flying domestic again, instead of doing road trip.

It was my first time traveling Flyjinnah and overall my experience was great. The checkin staff was very helpful to me on both legs of my trip (although I noticed a rude staff member serving someone else, at Dmm airport)
The planes are very clean and comfortable. The only downside of my trip was about the basic beverages.
I had opted for tea or water with my basic meals but both times I had to pay them for tea and water, even when my ticket had these things mentioned on my printed ticket. Its not about money but these things are still basic, esp water.

It’s the best airline in Pakistan. Please make card machines available on board. Thanks.

Best Pakistani airlines so far

I had a very disappointing experience with Fly Jinnah. I booked a same-day one-way ticket from Faisalabad to Karachi. On the website, only hand-carry tickets were showing, while baggage options looked unavailable as if the flight was full. Later at the airport, staff themselves admitted the flight was actually underloaded with many empty seats.

The biggest issue was the baggage system. Online, extra baggage was showing around PKR 1,300 per bag, but the option would not activate or let me purchase it. At the airport, they suddenly charged PKR 3,800 per bag. Almost 3 times more. Even the staff agreed these charges are unfair for domestic flights and said they had already complained internally.

This feels like a last-minute pressure tactic against customers who book on the same day. My advice to everyone: if you must travel with Fly Jinnah, always book at least one day earlier and include baggage in advance, otherwise you may face unnecessary extra charges at the airport.

Really Wonderful Neat & Clean Atmosphere With Well Experienced Crew Staff.....

I am grateful for the opportunity to travel to my door-step otherwise it is quite cumbersome to land at Lahore and come across the way to Sialkot. The hospitality was excellent, and the timely support and comfortable arrangements during the flight were highly appreciated.

It was a great journey, especially since the staff was cooperative and trained. The flight was on time, and the overall experience was good.

Excellent flight, very convenient and truly value for money this sector will give flyjinnah edge over all other carriers.

From check in to cabin crew service was outstanding. Aircraft was clean and leg space was very spacious.

Crew was very professional and curtious.
