Awful car park if you. Anyone call it that. Just a complete mess of potholes that are given no attention. Place is an absolute mess. Then the shuttle bus arrives and despite us a few others being the only people there, it waits over 20 minutes before moving despite noone turning up. Then on return when we go to parking stance to wait on the bus it's over 30 minutes for the bus to arrive. Had I simply paid a bit more to park on site I could have been home before I even got back to my car on this bus. Then when I do get back I see my car has been moved about 5 spaces along the same row. There is no conceivable reason to do this and I wish I had checked the mileage because I can only assume they wanted a shot or something because why else would the car be moved such a short distance. Zero trust in this place, terrible service and would never use again.

Extra hidden charges that they pass onto you if you have a 4x4, which fits in same space as a car. £10 extra ...
Put me right off my holiday, i WILL NOT use these again.
cars taxed tested and insured ill find somewhere else and not be paying 50 quid for 2 days parking...you will get no more off me and if i can save anybody else from NOT going here i have done my job.

The staff are rude and obnoxious. They like to make the rules up as they go along, stating that your keys must be left whilst you are away. I have used this car parking facility countless times and NEVER have I ever left my keys!

I was told my a member of staff that if I did not leave my keys I could **** off somewhere else, and I would not get a refund. Well their is the zero star customer service right there.

Reluctantly I left my keys, only after being confirmed that all staff who would be driving my car were personally insured to do so.

On my return, I sent a formal complaint via email and had a response from the general manager Graham asking me to call. I duly did, and was faced with the truth that the staff who moved my car were NOT personally insured to drive my car and that it is a blanket public liability insurance (basic at best). So not only was I verbally abused by a member of staff, they have also LIED. The manager was very dismissive and clearly not interest!

If you want peace of mind your car is safe and being looked after whilst on holiday, avoid this mob like the plague!

We weren’t told that keys would be handed in. Quite possible in tiny writing. I have a blue badge which they knew so I parked my car right at the door in a space. When we got back the guy at desk pointed and said behind bus row 5. At the very end of row 5 ten min walk in pitch black in potholes. Car seat controls etc right forward I think prob one of their kids parked it. Only saving grace was the bus driver who helped with bags but didn’t speak. Never again. Amateurs.

Had chosen this place to keep my car until I returned from holiday. The girl who dealt with me was extremely lovely and accommodating however the problem rose with the driver , who had dark hair and was short in height holding a lunch bag. This rude and arrogant driver had boxed me in and I couldn’t exit the space. The lovely girl who dealt with me had asked the driver to move his van out the way so I could then exit . He was rude and nasty and used vulgar language when he addressed this young lady. If this was my business no way would I be pleased by the way the drivers were talking to staff that keep the place running so smoothly. Please if the manager reads this sort your drivers out !! They dont run the place so keep them in line !!!!

In the small print on the confirmation email after booking car parking in Glasgow for 2 weeks abroad they say keys for the car must be left when dropping the car. My Tesla opens and runs from my phone although there is a card which functions as a key.
I turned up without a card at 4 am and was told I could not leave my car. I offered to give the code from my phone to one of the staff. “Not possible, next please!” I asked if I could park the car well away from the reception area where it would not need to be moved. “Not possible!” I then where else I could park since this must be a regular occurrence with modern cars. I was given a phone number and managed to book there on the spot and no keys were required.
While on holiday I asked Flying Scot for a refund. “No! It’s in the t&cs”.
So they got almost £100 from me, made no attempt to explain (apart from insurance risk,) which apparently does not apply to other car parks.
I think that requirement should becatvthectopnof the confirmation and on the website so avoid this situation. A better solution is to get the same insurer as other car parks.
They will never see me again that’s for sure.

gave them our car perfectly fine absolutely nothing wrong with it, came back a week later and the front left tyre was completely flat, the man who had driven my car moved all my seats and adjusted my steering wheel to drive my car 2 seconds from where we had parked it. absolutely appalling and the fact we weren’t informed about this makes this 10x worse. do not come here unless you want your tyres to be flat coming back.

Booked my car in for Tuesday coming, i read the reviews, some made after my booking, damage being done, cars used to jump start other cars, stuff going missing and the cctv being overwritten after 48 hours and the fact that even if stuff goes missing from your car dishonestly they are not liable (this is in the terms). I called and asked for some reassurance on these things and why the cctv only lasting 48 hours is not on their website or in the terms and conditions, i never got very far, i have cancelled my booking, i am not getting a refund but i would rather take the hit than put my car in there.

Arrived to parking and car would not start, gentleman said not to worry it will be ok.
Arrived back to pick up car, it was at reception ready and running to drive home.
They were very helpful and considerate and can not thank them enough.

I left my car in the parking lot for two nights. When I returned, I noticed damage on my vehicle that I hadn’t seen before. Since the staff had parked my car, I immediately raised the issue with them. They dismissed it as old damage, but I wiped some of it off with my hand to show it was fresh. They then asked me to fill out a complaint form and promised to contact me later, but they never did. After multiple phone calls, they requested repair quotes from two garages. The repair cost was £420. Over a month later, the manager told me that the CCTV footage showed the damage was visible when I arrived. I found this hard to believe but was told there was no way that I could personally view this CCTV footage and that it could only be shown to police or my own insurance company. I had already contacted the police who told me they had visited the car park and were told that due to a ‘system issue’, CCTV was not being stored for longer than 48 hours.

We have used this car park facility before and as always, excellent service. Our flight was delayed and we arrived 2 days late!! It was very easy to let them know about our delay. No hassle at all. Didn’t make a drama out of a crisis. We wish the airline that we used had been as good with communication and customer care. Pick Up service, super fast. On arriving at the office to get the car keys the staff were all very sympathetic and friendly. In amongst all the stress about our return home our car at Flying Scot was something we didn’t have to worry about. We would give 10 stars if we could.

Returned from holiday and our car was scratched at both sides and slight damage at the front plus buckled number plate. They told us they would repair but never did after numerous phone calls. Booked through an agency Skyparksecure who would not help. Reported to police.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. They valet park your car and we also paid for a mini valet.

Returned from holiday to find a massive chunk of damage in my alloy. Flying Scot say it wasn’t them and they don’t insure wheels or alloys anyway. Total liars. There was no damage when we left but unfortunately did not take photos before.

Bunch of crooks.

Damaged our wheel and tyre to the point we had to get it changed in Glasgow to get home and take absoloutley no responsibility for it even though it could only have been them. Awful company to deal with.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I RETURNED HOME TO FIND A BIG SCRAPE DOWN THE SIDE OF MY CAR WHICH IS A BMW AND WILL BE COSTLY. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF COWBOYS WHO DO NOT TREAT YOUR CARE WITH CARE!!! THEY ARE HORRENDOUS!!! YOUR CAR WILL BE PUT ST RISK, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Only giving one star as I can't give none. Returning from holiday got into car and on trying to move discovered front left suspension was gone. The car was perfectly OK when it went in and undrivable when it came out. The whole area is covered in massive potholes so i can guess what has happened.Staff didn't want to know told us a manager would phone next day. Never happened we had to phone them Only to speak to the most rude obnoxious customer service representative I have ever come across. She had no time to listen Only waffled on about terms and conditions but not specifically telling us which term or condition pertained to us. In short they moved the car while we were away and when we came back it was broken. I would certainly never use this company again and would advise anyone to look elsewhere for parking. I will be pursuing them through legal channels for repairs.
Update. Over £1000 pounds of damage to my car while in their care no liability accepted this company are probably the worst I have ever dealt with. Please if you're thinking of parking with them please read the terms and conditions ( criminal charter) as I call it, no responsibility for anything including anything nicked from inside your car even though they have the keys.

We parked on 12/5/24 until the 19/5/24 and were late in returning. We were not charged any extra costs for the delay and inconvenience we caused.
We were more than happy with the bus and driver to the airport when we left to travel abroad and also on our return journey.
Flying Scot provide a good service at a competitive price and we will use them in future!!

On arrival pot holes full of water all over stood for 15 mins although bus was in front of us. On return we waited 40 minutes for bus to turn up lady in wheelchair was frozen. Getting back to car parked in muddy puddle couldn't open back door for childs car seat discarded and a mountain of rubbish, this place is a disgrace use Skyport which we have done in the past far superior to this dump

Easy to book, easy to find, friendly and helpful staff and quick transfer to the Airport.
On return, prompt pick up from Terminal.
I paid for a Car Detailing and it was a first class job - car was sparking inside and out.

My cars bumper was damaged while parked at the car park. The parking was poorly lit so I didn’t notice it when collecting my car.I asked about a footage from the CCTV of my car entering and leaving as clearly that would resolve the dispute. I was told they don’t give any videos to customers. The way they treat customers is an absolute disgrace.Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!
