The app fails to provide access to the gym, necessitating a min 10-min wait outside for manual assistance from staff. Yesterday's experience was particularly frustrating, as the duty manager, Flavio at Jervis, arrived 15 mins later, attempted to scan the QR code himself after I demonstrated & instead of offering a solution to the ongoing issue, suggested changing gym because I complained. Did I pay for changing the gym??

This level of arrogance was unexpected given my longstanding membership and payment for services. Evidently, Flavio needs more training.

I went to flyfit on the 3rd of March and lost my keys in the mens changeroom.How did i know i lost it in the changeroom...ive made a video for my daughter and on video you can see i took the keys out of my pocket while preparing to go upstairs and start my excercise.When i got home ive realise i dont have my keys with me and went straght back to the gym.A gentleman came to me and i explain the situation and asked him if he know if anybody gave in some keys to your office and he just said 'no' without making sure about it.He was not very helpfull at all...Do you perhaps have camera in your mens changeroom please cause that keys is part of doing my work.

Love this gym,price of the membership is brilliant

Liffey Valley Fly Fit Gym

Pros: Excellent equipment. A wide variety of machines. Spacious two rooms. Polite staff. Clean facilities.
Cons: Overcrowded, so a standard workout takes more time than usual. Lockers in the changing room are too small. Women's changing room lacks full-length mirrors. The shower water is cold, so women avoid using it. The parking lot barrier often malfunctions when exiting.

Cancellation policy: You will be charged for an additional month even if you don't plan to visit the gym during that time.

The staff need to put a notice on the lockers in the changing rooms to inform members not to put items on top of the lockers. When I was a member there, I put my umbrella on top of the locker and it fell down in the gap at the corner. The manager and staff tried a few ways to get my umbrella out then gave up. That could have been my wallet. I was not impressed. I am no longer a member of that gym.

Equipment constantly broken. Not enough of the popular equipment. Staff are rude, always overcrowded. €25 joining fee on top of there ever increasing monthly membership, roaming is extra €€€, €20 to change gym key location, just money grabbing.

Best value gym out there. Great to have the roaming experience. Excellent customer service, Michael Duffy always responded quickly every time I sent an email query.

Graham Banks the manager at Jervis st has been very professional and helpful to me recently with problems I had with entry .

Equipment it's in bits every bench is torn...same as the preacher curl and leg extension...
The rear of the ground floor is like a swimming pool and stinks...
Send a email to Flyefit and get the same bs reply we're sorry your recent Flyefit experience was unsatisfactory.......

Just sort your existing gyms out Flyefit all you seam to care about is your new ones .....

My local flyefit is literally falling apart, machines constantly out of order don't get fixed and eventually removed and never replaced , it's a struggle to find plates, equipment moved around for no reason so it's hard to find. It's also very dirty and full of lumps of dust.

Machines has been broken. They did not fix it.

It is broken a mouths.

I mean Cork flyfit.

Excellent gym, few gyms now have late opening and their new gym FINALLY has introduced 24 hour gym like pre covid times. I hope more gyms return to 24 hours as well. Great classes too and equipment constantly being updated.

They positioned themselves as a CrossFit gym,but they don’t have even one of most important machine called GHD sit-up (glute-hams -developer)

The flyefit located in cork on Oliver plunket street - I am Never going back to this gym. I have been a member here for 4 years. I have always minded my own business, kept to myself, had my headphones in. One day I forgot my card for access and I had no lift home. I showed them my online login and they know my face very well and refused to let me in? I started crying lol. The gym is meant to be a place of anxiety release and relief. It is meant to give you positive endorphins. Today I was on the threadmil and a worker came over to me, interrupted my run and told me never to wear the shoes I had on to the gym again. She did this infront of everyone. I always wear these shoes. She did not give a reasn. She just walked away. I am never going back to this gym again. It is the flyefit located in cork on Oliver plunket street. Do not go here. I am so upset :( what a waste of effort money and time

Extremely inconsiderate gym. Go to a gym where they have some level of emotional intelligence. I have been paying for my membership for over a year, never missed my workout sessions. I forgot my entry card once. Just once! Fgs for a regular face at the gym, a regular person, the least that could have been done was to allow me in if I show my online account. I did that and the doorman didn’t let me in. I can’t lie it was extremely discouraging. If we had other gym option around I swear I would have cancelled my subscription with then immediately because I came at all odds to the gym only to be sent out by the door. It was so discouraging considering how cold the weather was. The worst gym ever.

I was forced to cancel my membership within my first month due to an injury. I explained my situation to the service team and Michael Duffy had issued me a full 60€ refund for my woes. Above and beyond my expectations. He had responded within an hour too. Hats off to them 👏

Went to my gym of 7 years one morning forgetting my access card and I wasn’t allowed entry. Even though I had several ways to prove my membership.
