So. If you're in KSA on Iqama, they still let you book using your home country Passport details, but won't allow web check in. And when you go to the counter for check in, they will charge you extra.

The worst travel company ever

The worst travel company ever . There is no system at all . Also the Check-in staff members in Jeddah airport were so rude and inefficient . He was shouting and treating everyone in a bad way and they wasted our time we have spent more than 1 hour in check in process only
Also I received my baggage broken .
The worst airline I have ever tried . If there is less than 1 for scoring I would give them .
I don’t recommend it at all and I will not use it again

"Please do not fly with FlyDeal…

"Please do not fly with FlyDeal flights; they are scammers. They charge 30 SAR just for a boarding pass. Even their staff is very rude. We are three people and requested to sit together. When we asked at the counter, the staff lady said okay and assured us we would get the same seats. However, when we received our boarding passes, they were for different seats. The flight was only 20% full, yet they didn't even distribute seats properly. n other airlines, when there are female passengers, they usually assign adjacent seats to female passengers. However, here it's completely different; they don't seem to care about this practice. Despite having a baby with us, they kept three seats full and back side fiull flight empty

Don’t fly on with this carrier. They are worst. They closed the lines 35 minutes before declared closing time on boarding pass. Mobile app and web doesn’t work. Staff is not professional or trained.

They stole our money twice

This destroys the company's credibility and makes customer service a farce> We have presented the following complaint, but the Customer Service had a very shameful response.

After Greetings ,,,
With reference to Complaint No. (625446) submitted to Mr. Chairman of the Board of Directors of Flyadeal on (04/13/2024), flight number (F3753) dated April 7, 2024 departing from Jeddah Airport at (06:45AM), which was delayed by 33 minutes to take off at ( 07:18AM) and then arriving at Cairo Airport at (08:05AM) (attached is a photo of the monitoring sites), we - the signatories of this complaint - would like to request compensation for the various and serious damages that we suffered as a result of Flyadeal deliberately violating the law (regulation Protection of Travelers’ Rights issued by the General Authority of Civil Aviation in many legal sections and materials, and the details are as follows:
• After we finished loading and delivering our bags at the airport and obtained our boarding ticket more than two and a half hours before departure time, we waited in front of the departure gate for international flights for more than an hour.
• During this time, we were not notified, either by email, mobile phone, on the display screen at the airport, or by Flyadeal supervisors, that the boarding time was approaching, and not as the company claimed in its response, that the call was made twice at the airport in two languages.
• More than an hour before the plane took off, we tried to enter through the departure gate for international flights, but we were surprised that the gates refused us entry due to the lack of a gate number on the boarding ticket (attached).
• When asked, it became clear that there was no supervisor or official affiliated with Adele at the airport at that time who could solve this problem. This caused a large number of those who had already obtained a passenger ticket to lose their ticket price and lose their flight.
• Accordingly, we had to stay at the airport for about 12 hours during Ramadan to book another travel ticket at astronomical prices on Flyadeal also on the same route on flight No. (F3761) at (18:10). This is a clear violation of the Regulations for the Protection of Travelers' Rights, especially Articles Thirteen and Twenty-One. There are also those among us who took one of their bags to arrive in Cairo and left the other to be reloaded on the new ticket, in violation of Article 15 of the previously mentioned regulations.
• We would like to point out that this request is the first step that we intend to take before filing a claim for compensation before the competent court to recover our stolen rights.
While we thank you for your cooperation in communicating with your customers, we urge you to quickly compensate us for what happened to us.
The same complaint was filed by 6 travelers affected by Flyadeal's mismanagement.

Worst flight company in Arab world.

Worst flight company in Arab world.
They try to scratch money by any mean.
No rights for mistake and you might pay the full price for any reason. No commercial gestures anymore even to say sorry.
You will feel really bad customer service.
Advice, avoid to book with this company even it is cheaper. You might encounter bad surprises

Racist staff, worst airline ever

They closed the gate in our faces. There were lots of stanchions to go through and it took us like 40 seconds to get through them. When we finally got to them and gave them our passports, the ladies said “the gate is closed” and while we were arguing about it, she printed that paper, meaning it was not closed until it was printed! Then they asked whether my name was this Arab name and they were looking theough ghe computer. I’m not Arab so I said not and then she said “oh, the gate is closed”. But then when those same ladies were boarding people 2 hours later, they were calling them through the hall, tleling them to hurry up AND EVEN OPENED THE STANCHIONS FOR THEM!!! But they couldn’t do the same to us because we are not Saudi.
Trying to talk to their manager was a waste if time.
Contacting them via email was even worse. They never checked the CCTV cameras and started ignoring my messages after that.
It is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with an airline. Stay away.

writing on behalf of my husband "I booked flight on 27 oct with flyadeal while using clear trip they booked wrong dubai to riyadah instead of dubai to jeddah card was charged 387.29 .I contacted them both to cancel my booking and even asked to just change the destination to jeddah or refund me but they have not responded well they have lots of poor reviews I never recommend using any of these websites to book".

Worst flight ever! Waste of money and time

I lost my ticket due to unclarity of the gate! I was there three hours before the flight waiting and wow the plane flew without any announcement!! I had to purchase full price ticket ! And imagine they did the same mistake again as there was no flight on the screens at Dammam airport, we were waiting for hours until only 1 hour left for the flight time ! The plane was delayed 20 minutes and imagine they have opened another gate than the one appearing in the screen as it supposed to be D and they opened B instead for our flight which i dunno how this is even possible without any announcement !! Worst company ever and i no way go with them ! I wasted 8 hour s at the airport for internal domestic flight and paid two tickets! What a stupid journey very frustrating very bad customer service no alignment and I deserve what happened to me coz when you book with such company i should know that i will suffer and be ready for that

Piracy and scam

I booked a flight for the 10th of august 2weeks ago. The flight was cancelled and me displaced to august12 without any explanation or reason given, a simple message saying " Please be advised your booking .. has been moved to.. departing 12th.. If you want to select new flight schedule , go to this link..". NO EVEN SORRY
I tried re-booking with them for the 10th... No flights.
Now, my arriving on the 10th is crucial, and they just informed me via message that my ticket was moved 2 days... just like that, and I am now battling them for the refund which their own automatic voicemail states is not possible. The refund procedure is online , and I received no answer yet to my many mails.
I will review my assessment if I get a quick refund so I can re-book elsewhere.
Otherwise, DON'T BOOK WITH FLYADEAL

Vorsicht Flyadeal Rhiyad!!!!! Bei Problemen oder blockiertem Gepäck gibt es nur automatische eMails mit Nummer. Niemand ist zuständig, keine Ansprechperson. Telefonisch in Warteschlange oder Unterbruch. Nach einem Monat (täglichem Versuch) müssen wir das Gepäck abschreiben, weil sich niemand darum kummert. Obwohl das Gepäck mit Nummer und Adresse versehen ist und extra bezahlt wurde.

وردت رسالة تصية تفيد بتأخيرها قرابة ساعتين ولم يتحدث التأخير في الموقع وبالتواصل معهم هاتفياً كان الهاتف غير مفعل ولم يردوا على استفساراتي في تويتر ثم تأخرت وتأخرت ولم يكن منهم أي إهتمام وكل مافعلوه قاموا بتوزيع مياه شرب وشاهي في الصالة
