I have sent more than 97 emails to Flyadeal about my lost baggage, but have never received any response.
I even contacted the CEO and Customer Service Manager, but still no reply.
This is unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility toward passengers.
I request that Flyadeal improve communication and take care of customer issues seriously.

Pathetic experience in Jeddah airport 1st 1stly they have charged for checking luggage per person 30 rial… nd den then when we reached for boarding the have closed the door in front of our eyes… I have 2 years daughter coz of there irresponsible we missed our flight nd then for luggage claiming we waited so long at the airport… never ever travel from these flight they m are only cheap nothing else….

Flight cancelled with no information from the airline, no substitute flight and no compensation - never this airline again!!

My flight was canceled without any prior approval. The gate was closed 25 minutes before departure with no final call or announcement. Extremely disappointed — I’ll never book again with such an unprofessional and greedy airline.

حرامية ونصابين وكذابين. تشتري التذكرة وتطلع المطار يجبروك بمبلغ إضافي لم يتم ذكره عند شراء التذكرة بمسمى رسوم اصدار تذكرة الصعود إلى الطائرة. ولا خيار إلا الدفع أو عدم السفر. عملية نصب خالية من الأخلاق ولا تتناسب مع السعر المذكور في الحملات الدعائية. وفي حال عدم توفر المبلغ لدى المسافر تهديد بالغاء حجزهThieves, scammers, and liars. You buy the ticket, and when you get to the airport, they force you to pay an additional fee that was not mentioned when purchasing the ticket, under the name of a boarding pass issuance fee. You have no choice but to pay or not travel. It's a scam devoid of ethics and does not match the price advertised in their promotional campaigns. And if the traveler doesn't have the amount, they threaten to cancel their reservation.

Very pathetic and disgusting behavior of check in supervisor at Riyadh Airport.
worse experience recorded in my air travel history with flyadeal.

I choose due to cheaper prices and paid for 32 kg luggage plus 10 kg had carry.
Surprisingly they ask to pay for hand carry also ,for which I paid 180 SAR more also I lost 1:30 hrs arguing with them .

This was my first and last experience with @flyadeal.

Do not waste your money and book with them you will regret it. Very unprofessional airline i doubt they be around for long

The worst airline in Saudi Arabia
This airline is a real shame. I had a one-way trip, but I missed it, and I had to take a later flight with the return flight the next day. It turns out that the airline, in order to keep my money and sell my seat later and without my permission, canceled my return flight because, according to them, I didn't fly on their plane on the outward journey, having flown on a later flight. To my surprise, they didn't even refund my money for the return flight, which they canceled without my permission, and on top of that, they left me stranded. So, think carefully about using this airline. They deceive their customers and keep their money. The worst airline in Saudi Arabia.
But this won't stay that way. Seeing that there are many people with this same problem and that they're even being turned away from boarding gates early, we're going to gather everyone we can so that together we can file a complaint in the Saudi courts.

i learn today no trust this company i booked travel too Riyadh and arrive airport before 30 min and found they close the gate and no refund my money for coming back from Riyadh i try contact them they told me no possible refund your money back from Riyadh and cancel my fly without refund.
totally no respect for customer.

The worst airline in the world. I asked to buy 2 bags for me only and that changed me for each family member extra 2 bags. When I contact customer service, she was very rude and she cut the line when I asked her to explain why they don’t want to refund me the extra money they charged me.
Don’t use this airline. Waist of money

Отвратительная компания. Никому не советую пользоваться их услугами. Посадка не по местам указанным в билете, в итоге семья может сидеть в разных частях самолёта. Грубые стюардессы турчанки. Просто отвратные девушки не реагирующие на просьбы пассажиров и курящие в салоне в зоне для стюардесс. Специально снимала на видео. Такого отвратительное обслуживания не встречала нигде и никогда

Nasty company, they cancel your flight without refund and their WORKING STAFF SMELL VERY BAD THEY DON'T SHOWER

What a sh!t airline! The fact that they still charged me the boarding fee despite their system causing an error not allowing me to check in! Then the kiosk manager talks to me like I’m sh!t for highlighting that its their fault and as a company they should take ownership of their system error. Basically showing your staff as a company that its ok to be in the wrong and its ok to be rude and arrogant about it. I’ve checked in over 25-40 flights this year alone and never experienced such a low level of professionalism.

Rude and worst airline, even bus companies do better then them. Avoid this crap airline.

Flyadeal is worst airline and I recommend you to avoid at all costs. Rude staff, they don't have ethics at all. We have a very bad experience with them. Staff is rude and do not have any proper information about anything. Made us leave our luggage at the airport.

This is the worst airline company in the world !!
I modified a booking and they forgot to update the system so I was refused boarding !!
To add insult to injury, they refuse any reimbursement.
Their customer care is NON-EXISTENT - based somewhere in India - using a bot to reply to all correspondence informing you that the issue is closed !!
