Flushking Recensioni

Will certainly use Flushking again when the need arises

Great product, simple to use, great service.

Quality product, quick delivery, clear installation instruction and easy to install

This range of fill valves and flush valves are all good, but I believe some are better than others.

The push-button cable connect flush valve works far better than the lever operated one. That is because if users flush the lever type with too much vigour – which is easy to do, as it so light to activate – then the whole lever assembly will twist around and kink the cable, which then jams the release. This is what happened to me.

The fill valves work well, if not as quietly as some when filling. The adjustable height models are good.

A big tip is to always use a new Close Coupling Kit, otherwise you may get leaks when flushing.

To avoid leaks on connections, equally important is to clean the cistern’s seating around the holes for flush valve and fill valve. I used a rotating wire brush head on a drill, just to remove remnants of old rubber seals from the area around the two holes.

If you do all this, then you should be fine.

The brass fill valve is superior to it's plastic counterpart in many ways. Initially purchased the combo pack which comes with flush and fill valves, but fill valve is the plastic variety, not the best. So placed a subsequent order for brass fill valve, should be noted that delivery options with order for brass valve was limited to costly courier only.
Anyhow, the plastic one weeped whereas the brass was fine with a layer of PTFE.
Easy ordering process and prompt delivery.

Part delivered on time. Part as advertised

Received damaged, due to transport drop not a problem with product, replacement despatched next day on 24hr. Replacement product was perfect and very easy to fit.

Quick delivery and good after sales service

The title of the review sums it up. Happy with the ordering process, costs and delivery, quality is great. And I found the online videos very helpful.

Many thanks

I was given help in selecting spares. Customer services were excellent.

Very good. Arrived the next day great website video with easy install instructions. All the parts I need were in the kit. Highly recommend great service and great product.

I'm not a plumber but having identified which part I needed to replace, I read Flushking's instructions on how to fix the said item, had a good choice of items to purchase and received the item the following day. I would definitely use this site again.

Excellent product which was relatively easy to fit. The only reason it didn't get a 5* rating was due to the basic instructions. Although I managed OK, I could imagine those with less diy experience might struggle a bit.
On the plus side, I like the design and functionality of the product; no fiddly cabling to deal with.

The bits were easy to order and everything canme on time. The instructions were easy to follow. I had to cut the side entry float valve down to fit with a sloping side of the cistern. Worked fine.

I ordered on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived on Monday morning, packaged well and safely.
Everything was included that I needed, apart from a fibre washer for the water inlet connection, but there is too much variation in piping to expect them to cater for every eventuality, so I don't mind in the slightest.

Fitting was easy, although the instruction (both textual and pictures) were essentially a waste of paper. I'm not sure if the product has changed, if it's a dodgy translation from Chinese by someone who speaks neither Chinese or English, or something else, but I basically had to fit it working it out for myself. Fortunately it's quite simple, so it was okay, but that means it's even stranger that simple instructions were so useless...

Anyway, besides the quality of the guide, the product is good, well made, easy to install and so far after little over a week is working just fine, so they get five stars from me (nope, not even a 4 for the instructions!).

Would buy again, but hoping this one will last 10 years like the previous flush mechanical, so maybe I won't have to.

replaced toilet flush that was not working properly from this company found flushking the answer to our satisfaction received new part promptly would recommend flushking without hesitation

Brilliant product and incredible cost. My only reason for a 4 and not a 5 is the instructions were very brief and not very good I had to use an instructional video on youtube but this video was technically found through the companies site. Changing a toilet flush unit with a laptop in the same room isn't ideal so again far better paper instructions would have been much appreciated.

delivered on time easy instuctions and works a treat no probs

The flush install is definitely not 'tool free' as advertised unless you are somehow able to remove the entire cistern from your toilet without tools (which is some very rare cases is possible but certainly not common at all)

Additionally, the flush system just drops water into the bowl, rather than siphoning it in, which means that the flush speed is too fast for our bowl causing the water to splash out of the bowl with every flush.

Ordered in the afternoon and item was delivered the next morning, very competitively priced, will use again.
