Flushking Recensioni

First time I have used Flushking and very impressed, delivery was first class, I needed longer rods than the supplied items for flushing, rang Flushking and arrived next morning at no charge, also found out later that flushing buttons were catching rang and again new item arrived next day. All working great. Absolutely brilliant I highly recommend.

Fitted perfectly. Good instructions and prompt delivery. Great value as well

The Installation Instructions are hopelessly incorrect & badly written, virtually every instruction step is wrong.
I just worked it out for myself, other people will not be able to.
Even the "Critical" final positioning height of the filler valve along with the drawing are wrong.
The filler valve worked after fitment.

Bought dual flush Syphon to replace faulty conventional front handle flush Syphon. The handle on the new piece of kit was flimsy, cheap ,tacky and damaged. The replacement was sent out promptly. PLEASE NOTE! The plastic backnut on the handle is 'left hand thread' and there needs to be a note placed inside the small plastic bag containing the flush handle. Better still re-design the flush handle and improve the quality. It lets the product down.

very helpfull on the phone arrived the next day ,texted me even a one hour slot for delivery .product great .
conclusion a very happy customer .

regards william.

Ordered three items online. All came exactly as expected and in very good time.
Ordering online was easy and my decision on the components I needed was helped by the very useful video items available .
Would highly recommend
Flushing to friends and very happy to use again in the future .

Highly recommend this company for their helpfulness and speedy delivery.
I initially ordered the wrong part and they were more than helpful in amending my order and suggesting the parts I needed. The parts were fairly easy to fit for a competent person but the website has a vey helpful video instruction for the novice. Delighted with service given.

the item i had (doughnut didn't fit and water was leaking.not universal.

Flushking offer products of the best quality, at the best prices available anywhere. Also, their service is remarkable - all in all a terrific find.

It is too soon to say how well the unit will work over time but it works well now. I purchased the two available fitting kits and that provided enough seals etc to get the job done on my close-coupled WC that had a larger flush valve hole than more modern units have.
The manual top button push is rather flimsy so others may like to try the cable operated type.

good selection of products at reasonable price

Chose to order due to the transparent website, explanation of different cistern kits and good value. Did not disappoint - fast delivery as promised and product quality excellent. I should have upgraded the toilet sooner! Recommend, and I will use again.

Nice products (brass bottom inlet fill valve and remote lever flush valve).

The very nice man sent me a replacement part for free when I managed to lose it during install. That is great customer service.

Great product, easy to install and minimum tools needed. Works perfectly!

Prompt and efficient service. Not so sure about the product. It's meant to be dual flush and has 2 buttons and 2 floats but only flushes one volume.

Replaced the old fill valve it was noisy, when I fitted the side entry fill valve from flushking I was amazed how quiet it is when filling and so easy to fit.

Fitted the replacement cistern valve and fill valve ok. However, the cistern valve failed in less than 24 hours - it would not close and so water was continually drawn from the mains. Also, flush handle did not sit very well on the cistern. Ended up buying replacement from local DIY superstore, which was a much better quality all around

I have bought four of the full repair kits now and they work really well, my only issue was the inlet for the water did not fit over the copper inlet pipe and I have to scrape and file the plastic a little to increase in internal diameter, this is easy to do, but shouldn't have had to do it at all really. But once in, they are great. I will buy more. Much better than the dreadful things they supply with new toilets.

Great product
