I bought a pair of sneakers with a €100 discount code. I had to return them because they were too small. They covered the return shipping costs and sent me a larger size, but it was still too small. I requested another return and had to pay for the shipping this time, but they didn't apply the discount to the larger size. I can accept paying the shipping costs for the second return, but not transferring the discount to the new size is unacceptable. They still have a long way to go to match the big brands in terms of customer service. I'm really sorry that our commercial relationship ends here, because I like their designs.

Ich kann diese Marke und den Kundenservice wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Bei den Materialen wird viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt und es werden keine tierischen Stoffe verwendet. Falls es doch mal ein Problem gibt, wird einem umgehend und sehr kundenorientiert geholfen. Für mich die - best brand ever - Zudem hat man durch die vielen Insights immer das Gefühl zur FFS-Familie zu gehören. Mehr geht nicht.

Copped the LOW OGs from them, and I gotta say, I’m blown away. These shoes are fire, but what really made the difference was the customer support. They were mad chill and seriously went above and beyond to get me my shoes, even though I’m not in the EU. The whole process was smooth, and they kept me updated the entire time. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier.
