I watch you on TikTok and you make the best flowers I’ve seen in the UK I think you guys are wonderful. You work very hard and I understand how business is so have a merry Christmas from the USA.

Very well presented. The service was outstanding,very helpful over the phone with helping me choose the right flowers.

I think you must be confusing Chris with someone else?!?
Firstly, he is not only a perfectionist in his work but he is also a true gentleman. He does loads of work for charity and is an all round nice guy. I’ve ordered from Chris on several occasions and the flowers are absolutely beautiful and last ages…so not sure how you’ve received dead flowers ?!?…. As I said initially, you must be confusing Chris with someone else. Keep up the good work Chris xx

A fabulous evening spent learning how to make a beautiful garland ready for Autumn. Chris was patient and helpful and not only did I have fun but I also have a lovely garland for my door which I can keep for each Autumn.
Would thoroughly recommend.

I attended an autumnal door swag session in Chris’ Atherstone Shop. The welcome was warm and the tuition was excellent. We all had excellent fun, learnt lots and had a fabulous door swag to take home. Would definitely book again. 😀

Chris did a fantastic job with our flowers for our wedding. Professional and friendly from start to finish. Would highly recommend. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were. And they still looked brand new 2 days later! Couldn’t be any more pleased.

I was absolutely over the moon with the bouquet. I wish I could attach a photo. I kept trimming the stems and changing the water as advised they lasted 3 weeks. Flowers by chris is 1 hour away from me but will definatley use again.

I purchased a bouquet of flowers from this shop the staff were very helpful and pleasant the flowers were absolutely beautiful and so fresh and lasted for ages I did what I was advised and cut stems every couple of days definitely 💯 I’ll be using this shop again

i would just like to say how amazing the staff are at flowers by chris so polite and if there ever a problem they will go out there way to solve it… i have beautiful bunch flowers of these and when i say beautiful they were in sane you can see they put a lot of work and effort in to there job thank you so much will be back again

I can't tell you how disappointing my flowers were and to then be dissed on the phone and sent a replacement of one flower. When the order was wrong anyway: Should have been sun flowers arrangement

I appreciate they tried to resolve the issue with an insult. However, this has not worked and I have asked the buyer to contact interflora with a request for a full refund.

Even the delivery persons was shocked at the state of a 24 hour bouquet when she delivered the one flower and I have sent them back with her to show the state they were in.

I did as instructed and cut them twice within a few hours and they were still in a desperate state. Unfortunately unacceptable
