False statement on their website…

False statement on their website regarding price match promise. Purchased my tickets then found them cheaper with another UK company. Contacted Floridatix and they refused to price match. I was told the other company was US based - they are not, they are a UK registered company selling attraction tickets. In their final email I was not given an explanation and just told they would not price match and I can cancel and lose my £40 insurance payment. I chose this option as I would rather give my money to a reputable company that doesn't make false promises.

Carly from Customer Service was so helpful when I advised I hadn't received my tickets via email (we travel in less than 30 days).

My tickets were in my inbox within 2 hours of my email. Really great customer service and a happy customer.

After booking a family trip to Disney…

After booking a family trip to Disney unfortunately I could not make the trip Sarah from floridatix went over and above to help me in this unfortunate situation. Would highly recommend them if looking to book tickets. The rest of the family had a great time

Super quick service for a last minute booking.

Booked a last minute holiday going next day. Wanted to book Disney tickets but struggled with the date selection. Called in and spoke to Penny, she was very helpful and sorted for me very quickly. Receives me email tickets within 10 minutes of the call ending. Very happy !

Extremely disappointed that your…

Extremely disappointed that your company changes to cancel even when there it’s months in advance and no admin work involved as no tickets had been printed, not even emailed other than a confirmation email.
The reason I used your company to start with was because of top cash back, it was tracked and applied to my top cash back accountant and then 2 weeks later declined without any reason. This is before I have had to cancel. Your supposed to be helping people in these tough times, not making money out of people’s misfortunes.

As for the TopCashBack issue - you are not able to use TopCashBack alongside a discount code, so because a code was used at the time, TopCashBack will have declined this.

Bought 3 park tickets for Busch…

Bought 3 park tickets for Busch gardens, SeaWorld and Aquatica. Got food poisoning from Busch gardens (lots of other people same week were reporting similar symptoms online) which meant we couldn’t use our other park tickets as I was too unwell. Contacted the company and no offer of partial refund. Won’t accept responsibility. If you sell the tickets to people you have a duty of care to make sure these places are fit to visit.

Sold tickets for Kennedy Space centre…

Sold tickets for Kennedy Space centre for 23rd November ...only by chance I noticed that the attraction is closed for thanksgiving .I'm so mad as I would have paid over $200 for transport for nothing .Should not sell tickets for days the attractions are closed ...basic customer service skills .Awaiting a refund ,let's see how long this takes ...

Ordered some universal tickets and…

Ordered some universal tickets and needed to change them to a later date , I spoke to Sarah and it was all sorted with no issues ,,
She was great and sorted it no problem , I breath of fresh air dealing with a lady who cared and wanted to help .
I would highly recommend and will definitely use again with no hesitation.

Awful customer service! Avoid!

I booked Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party tickets through FloridaTix back in May. Once I hit my 60 days out I booked other experiences including restaurants and Bibbity Bobbity Boutique (BBB) for my 5 year old.

The only BBB reservation I could get was on the day of the Halloween party and we didn’t want to have both of those experiences on the same day as we felt it would be too much for our 5 year old and a little overwhelming.

I phoned FloridaTix to ask if it was possible to move the date, I was told no, it’s in terms and conditions. I asked if they could possibly just ask Disney the question, I offered to pay more or an amendment fee if need be and I was basically told off saying ‘I knew what I was booking, it’s in the terms, it’s not a simple thing you’re asking me to do!’ Begrudgingly the lady said she would contact Disney and ask the question after a lot of discussion and being made to feel awful for even asking. She promised she would let me know one way or another. I heard nothing! So after three weeks, and not even an email to let me know either way, I decided to call Disney myself. The lovely cast member swapped my tickets to another date there and then in around 10 mins. She was so kind and helpful and understanding when I explained our reasons.

Lesson learnt here, I’d rather pay a little more in the future to book tickets through Disney themselves (and know their excellent customer service will be there for me) than save a few £ and receive such awful service from FloridaTix.

Excellent service…

Great website but I preferred to check details with a live agent before paying due to the amazing price. Connected quickly and was very fortunate to speak to Sarah who went out of her way to reassure me - first time travelling as single parent- and even gave personal recommendations for whilst in Orlando. My tickets were issued immediately despite being advised of a backlog. Floridatix, you have a real asset in Sarah, please look after her well! Thank you

Very poor customer service experience

Very poor customer service experience, paid for my Disney tickets over a week ago within my deadline only for my tickets to not have arrived over 8 days later. Website states will be emailed within 72 hours. Have called on numerous occasions to say they have delays. We go in less than 25 days and want to book park days! Keep being fobbed off saying, will be with me within 48 hours, not arrived to then be told I paid at last minute so that’s were the delay is and told I have to wait another week! Not acceptable. Will not use again!

Beware of FloridaTix…Advertised Cashback Not Paid By FloridaTix

Beware of FloridaTix Advertised Cashback promises.
We purchased attraction tickets from FloridaTix in May 2022 & July 2022 for our family Holiday to Florida in August 2022. Floridatix were not the cheapest tickets available at the time but with the advertised cash back through Top Cashback we chose them.

Now almost 12 months later and despite chasing the Cashback and TCB trying to get the Cashback released from Floridatix we still have not received the advertised cash back. TCB have been great but FloridaTix will not release the Cashback to TCB in order to make it payable to ourselves.

Do not purchase tickets from Floridatix if you’re taking into account advertised Cashback rates when shopping around for prices as based on our experience and that of several friends we travelled with you will not receive it.
They are advertising incentives which they are not delivering on and should be held accountable. Needless to say we are unable to recommend FloridaTix and will not be making any future purchases from them.
You have been warned.

Do not use

We booked attraction tickets for our Holiday ti Florida. But cheapest tickets but promised cash back.

More than 12 months later and despite complaining still no cash back.

Do not trust these people. They are con merchants and should be held accountable. Nothing less than fraud

Spoke with Sarah last week who gave us…

Spoke with Sarah last week who gave us a quote for park tickets. She explained different packages on offer and suggested the best one for us. After consulting with my partner, we decided to go with suggested package and booked a week later. Sarah was very pleasant and polite and answered any we had very well and professionally.

terrible, misleading and shambolic.

Bought tickets and were duped into selecting the purchase through instalment option. There is no mention that the tickets are not actually bought at their end until all payments were made so we missed out on the preferred dates for mickey spooktacular and almost missed out altogether, we only managed to go for the night of our arrival and the kids were incredibly jet lagged. The website made no reference to any of this - they claimed it did, but it didn’t and I checked.

A similar issue was experienced on the park tickets. Seemingly Disney changed the rules and settlement was needed early to honour the two weeks for the price of one deal. Floridatix failed to notify me of this fact and only after they’d done a search through their emails did they confirm they were in the wrong and honour the price (the one on their website and invoice).

My advice is don’t use them, and if you have to then DO NOT TAKE THE INSTALMENT OPTION.
