Great customer service following a couple of minor issues on booking, Payment failing, incorrect name on ticket. But Jennie helped significantly and made the required changes immediately.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our Disneyland Paris tickets at the last minute due to illness - Sarah was so helpful, quick and understanding. A full refund was issued immediately (unlike the rest of our holiday) - we will definitely be back to book again. Thanks Sarah! Great service!

Always a 5* service
I have used Floridatix many times over the years, and I have never had anything less than a 5* experience. This year I spoke with Matthew, I don't think it was possible for him to have been more helpful; we even shared a few chuckles while the computer was processing the order.

Best ticket company
I love booking with FloridaTix. I travel to Florida often and always get my tickets through FloridaTix. The team are always so helpful and quick to respond. I've personally dealt with Jennie a few times who is knowledgeable, very friendly and very helpful. The sales and discount codes are great to save money also!

We ordered our Universal Theme Park tickets from FloridaTix and couldn’t have asked for a better service. The sales representative Jennie, was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble!
