Niciodată!!!! Neserioși,nerușinați, acesta firma merita închisă. Floriile trebuiau pe 8 Martie sa fie livrate, astăzi 9 Martie vor sa le livreze, le-am dat adresa unde pot sa o faca, chiar dacă nu au respectat data de livrate, iar acuma vor 20€ pentru livrare la 30km de Timișoara. Sa va fie Rușine.

I had a really disappointing experience on Mother’s Day. I placed an order (one day before) to be delivered on 8th of March between 9:00 and 16:00. These were predefined options that I could select on the website when placing the order.
There was no message or any other type of warning saying that these options are not available or that they can’t deliver during that time.
They delivered the flowers at 21:30. The experience was stressful for both us, the senders, and also the receiver who had to organize the entire day around home so it was at the address for the delivery.
What was supposed to be a nice and thoughtful surprise it turned out into a stressful event.
I will for sure not order again from this place.
The prices are very high for very low service quality and the flowers are not always fresh.
Other disappointing fact is that in case they need to replace some of the flowers they always replace them with cheaper flowers (and they always replace some of the flowers so in the end the flowers delivered are not what you payed for).

Absolute disaster of a service. This is not the first time but the last! I've order 3 bouqet, one of them didn't arrive, one of didn't even look like on the website, the last one arrived as it should be. This is a 66% margin error and is unacceptable.

Customer service worse than I thought! No reply even after soliciting a help for making a payment from abroad. Really disappointed after being a client for about 5 years . We all have bad and good days , but when a special day is coming as Mothers Day , you need to be more involved . Really really bad service . Thank you and I will not order from you in future . Also not recommended to anyone!

Ordered couple of days before to be delivered on the 1st March (2023 , is still ahope do deliver on 2024 probably!)
Apart from NETOPIA who confirmed the transactia was processed ) I had no confirmation from Floria that the order was processed or not. I did not had a confirmation of delivery either and therefore I contacted the Customer Services. For certain when I spoke with the person that was the receiver confirmed my suspicions that she did not received the flowers.
I received a very poor customer service by some Alexa who after a long wait (was that necessary when the system is computerized and at a click of a button you can see the order status?!) I was told that the order was delivered. I have asked for a proof of delivery but the customer service representative went silent.
I wonder if I have gone get my money back. Not to mention the disappointment.

Spectacular service. Reliable same day delivery and excellent quality of flowers. Even went above and beyond to change delivery address on same day for me on a recent order.

Have been using for years and have never been let down.

I am giving the best rating because the flowers were gorgeous and were delivered next day. Customer service was not excellent and the whole ordering process is a bit difficult. All in all I was very happy after the delivery since the bouquet looked stunning and my grandmother loved them. Thank you!

My experience with the delivery has been positive.

The website does not allow orders tracking but the customer support, when asked, does provide the means for following.

4/5 only because the website could offer more features without having to get through CS.

They didn't deliver the order at the specified date, even if I placed the order with more than a month before.

I don't recommend.

Am comandat acum 3 zile un aranjament floral și am primit un email că va fi livrat în 2 ore,dar nu au ajuns niciodată. Iar acum după 3 zile nici măcar nu am primit un răspuns la email și nici banii înapoi. Jenant pentru o florărie cu asemenea "prestigiu" în toată țara. Nu o să mă las până nu recuperez banii. Oricum,evitați să plătiți fără să primiți. Numai bine!

My brother ordered flowers for his girlfriend who lives in Romania. He placed his order week in advance, he picked the flowers and the date to be delivered and everything. They took the money and the order was placed. It is now the day they were supposed to deliver the flowers and guess what? He gets an email saying they do not actually have the flowers he wanted, and offered him a cheap replacement.

Very unprofessional behaviour, I will never recommend this to anyone. Flowers are obviously gifted for a significant event and those were meant to be her birthday!

I understand that sometimes you ran out of stock and you don't have the flowers you need in stock anymore. It happens to every business. But unlike other SERIOUS businesses, they messaged to say they dont have it on the day of the delivery, not even a day before!!!!! How can you not know you will not have something in stock? Do they not even check what they need for the next business day - so I guess ordering in advance means nothing to this company! They didn't even message first thing in the morning, just a few hours before it was due.

He bought those for her birthday, but now imagine you wanted to gift it for a wedding or for your wife who is having a baby and you want them delivered to her. You'll be left with nothing like an absolute idiot.

They offered a refund, but honestly I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE REFUND I WANTED THE GIFT TO BE DELIVERED.
I would rate them 0/5 but I guess that is not an option.

Este pentru prima data cand folosesc serviciile oferite de floria.ro si m-au surprins placut. Buchetul comandat a fost exact ca cel din poza de pe site, au respectat intervalul de timp, confidentialitatea etc.
Recunosc, initial am fost putin sceptica datorita recenziilor negative pe care le-am citit.
Ma bucur ca am comandat de la ei si ca i-am facut ziua mai frumoasa persoanei dragi.

Foarte mulțumită de cum a decurs totul.

Livrare flori la domiciliu înseamnă livrare până la ușă. Eu locuiesc la etajul patru din patru iar curierul a adus florile doar până la parter spunând că nu urcă patru etaje pentru fiecare comandă. Eu locuiesc în afara României și am comandat aceste flori pentru mama mea de 80 de ani. Experiența online a fost una foarte bună rapidă și eficientă dar la sfârșit totul a fost împiedicat de un curier mai leneș sau dacă folosiți curieri care au 200 de livrari pe zi atunci înțeleg dar cum rămâne cu florile online. Poate ar trebui să vă schimbați numele în LIVRĂRI FLORI LA JUMATE !!!

Buna ziua , am comandat un buchet de flori in cutie pentru mama mea , vreau sa mentionez ca : curierul sa dus cu buchetul in mana fara cutie asa cum ar fi trebuit iar florile au fost de cea mai proasta calitate posibila iar cand vorbesc de calitate vrea sa specific ca : lucrez ca si manager de frigider florist la o foarte mare companie din uk , deci stiu ce inseamna calitatea florilor . Asta inseamna , bataie de joc , specific ca este a doua aora cand comand si aceleasi probleme , prima data nu am dat un review , am considerat ca sa intamplat dar deja e jalnic , nu cumparati flori online in romania e bataie de joc ca sa nu mai vorbesc de preturi ca sunt mai scumpe decat in uk . O zi bina va doresc tuturor si nu cumparati flori online

They did NOT deliver. Poor customer service, they have not answered my messages in my customer account, I had to call several times their call center, always letting me know it will be delivered during the day. The next day I cancelled the order as it was no longer relevant. NEVER will I be their customer again.

Am avut o experienta neplacuta cu floria, chiar azi, 23.12.2020.Au livrat comanda pe jumatate:) Nu recomand
