I ordered two dresses in September they both have arrived today £79.98 I paid, not great material & I’m extremely disappointed-feel I’ve been robbed.I don’t think I’m likely to get my money back either by the looks of things.I see the website has been removed, is there way of contacting the company?

No communication after sending emails.
Poor quality material and not fit for purpose.
Very disappointed.
Not value for monies

It would appear that I have also been duped. I have actually recieved the dress (after 4 weeks) but is of very poor quality and way too small. Not as described or like the pictures.

I have emailed about a return but not very hopefull. Feel so silly!

Not London based, items come from China. Took over 20 days to arrive. Arrived like a piece of rag in a crumpled plastic bag. Horrid and cheap, I cant even use the word quality because there is none. Sizing is not true, I ordered a 16-18, would probably fit a size 10-12! Not even bothering to return after previous comments raised (which is probably what they want) and just put it down to experience. Will NEVER ever buy again via Instagram.

Please do NOT order from this company!
I bought 4 dresses (bridesmaid dresses) which were about £160. Dresses took about 3-nearly 4 weeks to arrive, the quality was dreadful so I looked to return items straight away. Posting the items back cost me £27 as the company do not cover this and I am not still fighting to get a refund. I paid for tracked delivery and I can see that my parcel has arrived back to the company but now the company is just ignoring my emails as they probably do not want to refund me. Awful company, avoid!

I feel I have been duped as well I orders 2 dresses 3 weeks ago and not heard anything cannot get in touch with anyone ! I thought this was a London based company ! do not order off these I have a feeling it’s probably on route from china and I won’t be wearing it at my sons wedding !! I’m going to Try to get my money back off the bank but I’m disgusted that sites like these are allowed to advertise and try to sell under false pretenses !! Next time I will check trust pilot or before I order anything ! £72 out of pocket

Sadly I have also been dupped like many on this review site. Ordered a green dress as seen on Facebook for a wedding and after 3 weeks it arrived very poorly made and certainly wasn’t the size it claimed. Tried to find the site to complain to find it is unavailable so no chance of a refund. Would urge anyone not to use this site (if it ever becomes live again)

Well it looks like Im another one that has also been fooled!! ordered 2 dresses different sizes, spent £70 - 3 weeks ago and not received anything! have emailed them too; no response and their website has been removed so ive been had. Hard earned money down the pan! not happy at all. Isnt there anyone we can complain too?? for false advertising??

Anyone know what’s happened with the website they have disappeared and I still don’t have my £40 dress I ordered?

Florenza London is infact florenza china!! Waited weeks for delivery and a joke to return! Cheap piece of fabric nothing like the video shown!

Ordered dresses they finally arrive do not fit have tried to co tact website no longer available have tried to contact through the site, shop still waiting for them to come back to me regarding what happens now , no response from emails sent no telephone number

Website seems to have disappeared, ordered a green dress which looked beautiful in the picture and arrived very cheap thin and small definitely do not recommend if anybody knows how to get a refund. Please let me know.

Do not use this company. The order has not arrived despite me chasing it. There is no answer to my request for a refund and I now find out from these posts it is on a slow boat from China! a very expensive life lesson - do your research and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The dress I ordered took ages to come, and the material is horrible - not like what was advertised. The zip don't work. A waste of money

Please do not order from this company! I ordered a 'linen' dress , it took ages to arrive and when it itvdid it is the cheapest, thinest, polyester that I would never have ordered...also what was supposed to be XL (16) was ni more than a size 12 ....if I sent it back, postage would have cost £17.70 to China. They offered a 20% (6.50) refund if I kept it, tried getting a return label as I had been mis-sold this item but they were having none of it. Eventually, I decided to cut my losses and asked for the 20%...Still waiting!

Horrendous quality, sizing wrong, horrible material basically just a sheet. Arrived after 3 weeks. Not London based, arrived from China

Deserves zero stars. Very misleading. Poor quality. They do not reply to emails and t&c’s state returns to be authorised by email otherwise you forfeit your right to a refund. So impossible to return anything! Feel stupid on this one, I usually do my homework before ordering!

I have ordered a dress for my daughter I've tried to email to track the dress and keep getting no answer from them. Do not order from them as they are based in China and not London. I am still waiting for delivery.
