Overall good experience
Flights Way, in particular Tom Latham, came highly recommended by my sister in law whom he helped sort out tickets for flight to Lagos. Although the flight we reserved were not issued, it was the airline fault so would not fault flight way. Following that issue, Tom came to the rescue spending time with me to get the right ticket (even though it was a bit more), but I trust he got us (3 passengers
) the best deal and I also get compensated for the issue with the first tickets. So overall it was a good experience and I would definitely call on Tom again for future travels.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Frustrating and Disappointing Experience with FlightsWay Limited
I am extremely disappointed with the way Flight Way Limited has handled my situation. I paid a £150 deposit, and despite reaching out to them countless times by phone and email, they have refused to return my money.
This experience has been incredibly stressful and frustrating, especially as I needed that deposit to buy food and essentials for my children. I have been more than patient, yet all I’ve received are excuses and delays, with no real effort to resolve the issue.
It’s very upsetting to be treated this way after trusting the company with my money. The lack of communication, accountability, and empathy from their side is completely unacceptable.
I would strongly warn others to think twice before booking with Flights Way Limited. My experience has shown that they are unreliable and unhelpful, and they do not seem to care about the impact their actions have on customers and their families.
All I wanted was a fair and honest refund of my own money — instead, I’ve been left disappointed and disheartened.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AND REFUND MY £200 ASAP
Hello to Everyone that cares to know. Please avoid this agency. They are Scammers.
I had earlier on put up a review sometime in July about them but they managed to contact me and pleaded I take it down that they'll do something about it. Jokes on me cause it only even got worse.
To the details I contacted them earlier on earlier this year to book a flight to Nigeria from Edinburgh. They asked u paid a Deposit of £200 which i did pay that over a call with them and I was to complet payment by June. In June I kept calling them and trying to reach out and nobody picked and even when someone eventually did they promised to phone back the next week which happened to have been mid July. I still kept my cool and kept calling but no response. I got upset and came on to this platform to warn people to disassociate themselves from this company and guess what? You thought it right in few hours they phoned me promising heaven on earth as far as I come on here to delete the Reviews and that they'll make things right. When I asked what happened that I was ignored. They said my number was mistakenly blocked? Blocked? How? Clearly that was a lie but I still ignored it. Anyways I came on here and deleted the review after so much pleading from them. I rescheduled the flight to September 8th and prior to this i asked them about my daughter who will be an Infant at the time of leaving to Nigeria and an Child at the time of Returning to the UK and they kept saying its fine and it didn't matter. I asked at every stage(that is the few times they eventually picked up) until August I still chatted up and they response was when it's September they'll know. September 8th came time to make payment and they delayed the payment until 4 days after and I still had to keep reminding them about the payment. Eventually they reached out to me on the 12th in the afternoon and the call was that my Daughter will need to pay as a child and this has automatically increase my flight fare to almost 50%, we kept having the back and forth and searching for tickets but it wasn't working. They offered me a Turkish flight(26hrs flight) which they said had 12hrs layover with a hotel booking at the airport and just because of how they dealt with my previous issues I didn't feel safe taking their words without confirmations, which I'm glad i did my research as well. I looked up the airline with same time and everything and realised it was a Promo flight and it has 14hrs 45mins layover(but yet again they lied to me that it was 12hrs) and guess what? I called Turkish Airline straight and they said I'm not entitled to a hotel(meanwhile this company had informed me i was entitled to a hotel). By the weekend I sent them a message as a feedback just like I had promised to give them a feed back and the message was that I am not comfortable going with Turkish Air and I'll kindly request my refund to be processed as I'll need it to book another flight. I followed up with a call at the beginning of the week yet no response and no call back and on the Chat I could see they had seen my message hence the reason they have now stopped responding to me. Just as they had been doing in previous times( i hope they don't come back to say they had mistakenly blocked my number this time). I have called them non stop since Monday up till today 18th of Sept and nobody has picked up, responded to my chat or even given a call back.
Flight way I need my Refund of £200 your services are Crap and j need my money back as I work hard for it and nobody is going to scam me of my hard earned money. If my money isn't refunded I'll have to take this to the Appropriate Authorities as your company needs to be investigated.

Scam travel agency
I wholeheartedly believe that this travel agency is a scam and you would do well to avoid at all cost. Don't let their positive reviews fool you. They are running a scam. My mother was asked to pay a deposit and a ticket would be issues to her, she made the booking in Apr, she's travelling in September, she's been chasing them for months and they are giving her the run around. We've sent multiple emails and endless phone calls and they won't refund her deposit. She's had to purchase new flight tickets last minute when she could have paid less if they were honest with her. Not only that, it wasn't until we said we'd report them for incorrect ATOL number they updated that they were operating using Brightsun Ltd's ATOL number. Dishonest company. Avoid!

If I could give this company no stars I would've.I planned a family trip to Nigeria in December with my family of five and, in an effort to avoid peak season ticket prices, I contacted this travel company in February. They offered a “Book Now, Pay Later” option, requiring a £50 deposit per person to secure our seats, with the understanding that the remaining balance would be paid in July.
However, when July arrived and we attempted to pay the outstanding balance, the company became completely unresponsive. Our calls repeatedly went to voicemail, and we struggled to get any clear information. When we eventually reached someone, we were told that the airline had not provided a booking reference and we needed to wait another two weeks.
After waiting, we spoke to an advisor, who advised us to purchase new tickets entirely, suggesting this would help avoid further delays and disappointment. Unfortunately, by then, the ticket prices had increased by £400 per person, making them completely unaffordable and defeating the original purpose of securing tickets early.
In the end, we were left with no choice but to pay the very high prices we tried to avoid from the beginning. Despite paying deposits months in advance, we were left disappointed and out of pocket.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and has raised serious concerns about the legitimacy and practices of this company. I strongly urge others to exercise caution.
