This is my first time of booking with Flights Travel and I must say the customer experience is top notch.
All my enquiries and requests were paid attention to and answered swiftly. I want to say a special thank you to Smith and Nick for their great service.
Engaged both of them for various reasons and they responded swiftly.
Using flight travel also saved me tons of 💷, I first of all thought maybe it was a scam but gave it a go since it came up on google flight and I’m glad I did.

It takes several hours (up to 24) to recieve your flight tickets and I was initially kinda worried, as I couldn't find many reviews here. So I called the support and they were super nice and helpful, sped up my ticket and I've now received all of it.
Would def recommend

Highly recommend, as was booking a flight at the very last minute, I was surprised by the competitive flight pricing, and the discounted pricing I received compared to the pricing I reviewed online on the airlines website. I'm fairly certain this is a scam.
I tried to place a booking, it didn't go through on my corporate card, i got no emails had to book weeks later when checking on the expenses.
Best stick with a reputable firm.

This was the first time I booked with flights travel. I hadn’t heard of them before so was sceptical but once I researched and realised they were legit I booked. Tickets arrived via email. Really good competitive prices saved over a hundred pounds! Very happy customer.

I found flightstravel.co.uk by Google, and was slightly skeptical at first as the price was much, much better than another other I could find online. However since there were so many good reviews, I decided to give it a go.
The booking was smooth. Communication was great. eTicket was issued. I was asked by the staff/company to write a review. I decided to wait till after the trip before I write the review, as I wanted to be absolutely sure it would go smoothly, before I would give a 5 star review.
Trip has happened. No problem at all. Would be happy to use again!

The contact from the company was extremely fast following booking. The representative (Nick) kindly upgraded the booking to a flexible booking for free, which saved me approximately £60. The service has been excellent with extremely competitive prices.

We had an issue with our flight due to a small complication, so we contacted the Flights Travel team for assistance. Nick reached out promptly and went above and beyond to provide a solution that turned out to be an even better outcome than we expected. He didn’t just resolve the issue—he followed up with a call to make sure we were happy with the updated itinerary and kindly offered his availability for any further assistance leading up to the flight.
In a time when most travel services feel purely online and impersonal, Nick’s personal touch and genuine care were a refreshing change. Misleading Booking Screen and Non Stop Calls
I found this company through google flights, linked as the cheapest option for some flights I was looking at. The booking would be for business class from Manchester to Bangkok.
I clicked onto the website, and I entered my travellers information expecting that it would take me to the next screen to review the booking, but instead said that I would be contacted in due course. This was obviously misleading, as the booking page is not actually a booking page but rather a contact information grab.
I received a call the next day, annoyingly, whilst I was at work. Upon discussing the flight details with "Nick", the seats were in fact Premium Economy class. "Nick" stated that to get business class, I would be booked on as Premium Economy and would have to bid for the chance of an upgrade, also meaning that I would not have access to the business lounge. Why would I be paying so much for the Premium Economy seats, when I could book directly with the airline for a little bit more and ensure I got business rather than gambling for the upgrade?
I have since booked directly with the airline (Qatar) for less than £500 more than the Flightstravel price was, and the refund options are much better than Flightstravel offer. Since then I've been recieving what feels like daily calls and voicemails to try and get me to book with Flightstravel, desperate for my money rather than getting the hint that I do not wish to proceed with the booking. I dread to think what would've happened if I chose to book with them.
Save your money, time and hassle by booking elsewhere.
