Jessica Hill at the Hervey Bay store for Flight Centre is BEYOND amazing. She has helped with travel arrangements since 2019/2020 and she continues to be the best resource of information and bookings. She deserves her own Public Holiday. Everything has been seamless.

have been able to handle the maze that we have to go through to have a great trip (which I believe I am going to have).

I Would like to thank Luc at Hervey Bay Flight Centre for helping organise our trip.
Your customer service was awesome, very professional yet personal also.
Originally I went in to organise a cruise which Luc helped with efficiently. Unfortunately circumstances changed and went weren’t able to proceed. Luc was very understanding of the situation and reassured us that things happen and if he could help at a later stage he was more than happy to do so.
We have since been able to go back to Luc and plan a family trip, which again he helped organise with efficiency and professionalism.
Thank you so much Luc for your patience and friendly manner, you made the process seamless and enjoyable, you are a credit to your company.
