Jayden Wheatly was our travel agent. He was endlessly patient with our changes of mind and in answering any questions and we would highly recommend him.

Possibly the worst quality service i have every received from a service provider. Took a 6hr phone call to resolve an issue because their agents quite literally don't have a clue what is going on. Is there an option for zero stars.....

Tired to book online multiple times and each attempt kept sending me raised prices. When I finally got to check out my details were not accepted and the screens directed me to a blank page. Now I am most likely having to pay a higher price all because of their incompetence. Thoroughly disappointing behaviour and management.

I booked a Qantas’s flight and my trip over i was shoved onto a jet star flight I ran your on line number and was told bad luck iBook and paid extra for qantas as has more room I was cramped in and being a tall guy that’s why I don’t and never fly Jetstar

Our agent Lina was excellent. She has helped us to arrange travel several times. We go back to her because she goes out of her way to find the best options and prices for us.

First experience with flight Centre, experienced staff and very pleasant and helpful

Flight centre want me to pay twice for the same product. After booking flights and then paying additional money for upgraded seats. I was not allocated the seats I paid additional for. On voicing my complaint, flight centres solution was for me to pay again for the upgrade. After explaining the situation repeatedly to the flight centre representative I was put on hold and the hung up on. Very un professional and tantamount to deception. I will be curious to see what the ACCC makes of their shoddy business practices.

Lovely lady but a complete rort. First of all get an email with offers for flights to Tokyo but click on the link and the page is blank. Write an email complaining that the link doesn't work and why are they advertising that is supposed to be valid till 31st of May and it isn't available 25 days before the offer is due to finish. Get a lovely response from a lady who is the "Global Lead & Channeling Specialist ATL" offering to help but sends the email from a no-reply email address! So then respond to every email address I can find for Flight Centre and get back an email 7 days later from very nice lady saying she can't see the deal (even though it is attached to the email) and she will put me in-touch with a sales person. What a conjob Flight Centre. I may as well just send the whole thing to the ACCC.

I WANTED TO CHANGE MY WIFE'S NAME ON THE AIRLINE TICKET ORDER BECAUSE I ENTERED A WILD SURNAME BUT MY WIFE HAS A PASSPORT NAMED MILENA FERENC. I TRIED TO CHANGE HER NAME FOR 4 WEEKS. THEY CONSTANTLY EXTENDED IT, THERE WAS NO ANSWER, NO SOLUTION, AND FINALLY THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WASN'T POSSIBLE, THAT I HAD TO BUY A NEW AIRLINE TICKET, AND THEY WANTED ME TO PAY $2,500 FOR A NEW AIRLINE TICKET. I THINK THIS BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE I ACTUALLY BOUGHT A TICKET FOR MY WIFE AND NOW SHE CANNOT FLY BECAUSE THE STAFF WERE UNABLE TO CHANGE THE NAME AS I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR 4 WEEKS! I WANT A REFUND FOR THE FLIGHT I PURCHASED BECAUSE SHE CANNOT FLY WITH THE WRONG NAME I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!! SO I THREW $1800 OUT THE WINDOW. UNBELIEVABLE BEHAVIOR OF YOUR STAFF I WILL COMPLAIN TO THE OMBUDSMAN AND MORE PEOPLE!

Keller did an amazing service to respond to last minute advice and options for alternative flights to Europe with the conflict and suspended air space in the middle east. My friend recommended Keller as a great travel agent and he provide a very efficient service.
