Had made an order of November last year. I only recieved part of my items that I purchased. I contacted them repeatedly and received no updates. I still haven't received half of my order neither.

Communication was very good but i never received my order, after 6 weeks of waiting there was still delays and I wasn’t informed of how much longer i was likely to have to wait, so i requested a refund and did receive that quicker than they said i would. After reading other negative reviews i am unsure if i would ever have received anything had i waited longer. Big let down as the shorts look awesome, but not sure whether to trust this company or not.

My first order was OK but I had to return an item. It took a long time to get my money back and when I placed another order I never received shipping confirmation. Fast forward a week later and after emailing them they finally responded that they are sold out of the item I was trying to buy and I could pick something else of equal value... But literally none of the items I want have my size left. If they had issued my refund quickly and I could have gotten what I wanted the return would have been fine. As it is now I do not know if I will get anything from them or not. Sorely disappointed.

Designs are printed on the cheapest shirts you can buy online. CHEAP material, extremely overpriced, and will shrink like crazy.

It takes MONTHS to receive anything you buy. Don’t do it!! They also do not respond to emails or DMs. It is a shame because they have cute things. However it just takes way too long and the quality is too low.

I purchased several items over 1.5 years ago. I returned all but two items soon after they arrived. I received a confirmation email that they received my return and that it was processed. However, I still have not been issued a refund. I’ve tried calling several times and sent emails but nothing has been done.

I have been trying repeatedly to have my account credited for the reflective jacket I ordered from this company. I have had to file a complaint through PayPal and this has been going on for approximately three weeks. The company refuses to respond to my emails nor have they made any attempt to respond. I have also contacted the BBB to heads up any other customer who deals with this company. They will not respond to you.

DO NOT ORDER!!! You won’t get a response of where your order is!!! Save yourself the money and order somewhere reliable!! Ordered my product in may, it’s august and still haven’t heard anything about it. When I Look at the status, it still says processing. Very upset, this was for a birthday present.

Would be 0. Second time in a row, I get items partially delivered, do not offer refunds and attempt to keep me in a cycle of continuously ordering by giving store credit for items “not available” or “items back ordered” so far items back ordered for 3 mos. Systematic scam

Best company ever and I haven't even gotten to the product yet. This company right a wrong that wasn't even their fault. My USPS threw away my package without even trying to reach me(to much to type about). This was my wife's anniversary gift I had saved up to buy her shorts and jacket she has wanted over a year. Well flexlivivng worked with me called my post office verified story and resent my package! They stayed up to date the whole process made me feel they actually cared if I got my package or not. 10/10 overall experience and help not to mention their jackets and shorts quality is 10/10 as well. Definitely life long customer now I mean what more do you want in a company!

Do not order from this company. Will not refund your money and you'll never receive your item. It's been 5 months and I still haven't received my item and they won't refund my money.

I love my new sports bra so much!🤍 One of the first sports bras i’ve had that is actually supportive, and gets me so many compliments! Flexliving is great and I will be purchasing more products in the near future :)

I have ordered things for myself and for my boyfriend and we both love them. Their items are actually good quality unlike some other brands that charge just as much if not more.

This company offers great products at an affordable cost. My new lounge wear is amazing and so so comfy

My last two or three orders from this shop have been wrong. I’ve been sent the wrong items, and in my most recent order they didn’t send one of the pair of leggings I bought. Very frustrating at these prices.
