Great Company and Staff!
We were looking for a wheelchair accessible car for our Mother online and came across Fleximobility. Checked out their reviews and then contacted them about 2 cars, they contacted me and asked what I needed and we arranged a day and time to see the cars. I drove about an hour and a half to get there and was really pleasantly surprised. Plenty of room to park for free, the 2 cars we were arranged to see were parked up boots open etc ready to look at! Radu the car salesman/Manager who showed us the cars took so much time to demonstrate them and showed us all the safety features and showed how a wheelchair with passenger can be winched in and strapped down. Then we were allowed to drive them. Radu said there was no rush ( I think we were there for about nearly 2 hours in total) As my Mother wasn’t there Radu offered to have the cars sent to my Mum’s house for her to look at, pretty Amazing!
Anyway eventually we made a decision with our Mum on the phone and we bought one yesterday A 2016 Peugeot Partner, the lady made us a coffee while we sorted out the paperwork and money, Overall a great experience. Drove home very happy, my Mum loves it and the main thing is we will get her out and about again. Definitely recommend this company.

This company is great for those of us who need to hire wheelchair adapted vehicles. They are knowledgeable about WAVs and can tailor the car / mpv to the specific needs of the wheelchair user and driver. They are helpful, respond quickly to calls and the guys who handover the vehicles are proficient. They can deliver and pick up if that is required, which is a big asset. Their prices are the best I have found - very good value for money.

Great service polite friendly and efficient. Great WAV too! Highly recommend.

Fleximobility have gone above and beyond to help us on two occasions when looking for a second hand WAV. From assessing my husband to make sure they found us a car with suitable space requirements (he is tall, and uses a large electric wheelchair), to finding something within our budget, nothing was too much trouble. We dealt mainly Linda and Radu, sometimes with Barry, and they are all dedicated to meeting their clients' requirements and are genuinely interested in helping them. Any problems or queries after purchase are also addressed with care and attention. No hesitation in recommending Fleximobility - great service.

Excellent service. Very “turn key”. WAV Car turns up at your address which I found ESSENTIAL. Car is returned in the same way. Very pleased with the product. WAV was in very good order. My mother is very disabled and by leasing a vehicle it gave me the ability to take her out without committing to purchasing a vehicle.

Having gone through the difficult process of trying to choose and purchase a wheelchair accessible vehicle, and at an affordable price, a trial that is made even worse when you are disabled, having tried two other companies with little success I returned to Fleximobility who I had visited briefly early in my trek. To borrow a word from a previous review, "Refreshing", Barry and is team are a real pleasure to deal with, I am more than happy with my purchase, they are very accommodating , and give the best possible advice and direction. I think most of the positives of this company have already been mentioned in other reviews but the one thing that stands out for me is the refreshing feeling of dealing with a company who are, above anything else, HUMAN! You come away with feeling that the end user really is the most important factor. Knowledgeable, helpful & non pushy. Thank you so much Barry. The ability to get out & about really is life changing.

Really helpful and accommodating for our wedding

They were practical, clear and great at responding and organising the hire of a WAV for one day for our wedding.

We cannot recommend Fleximobility highly enough. We purchased a Fiat Doblo Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle from them with a buy-back guarantee. Unfortunately, we had to dispose of the vehicle much sooner than we expected, after less than 2 months. But this was not a problem and Fleximobility dealt with everything, including the money transfer extremely efficiently and promptly. We would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them.
