I need to return my purchase

I need to return my purchase. I cannot get any response from this company's email address and no details of a return address were supplied in my parcel. I am stuck with an inferior quality item which is too small. Need to return it. No phone number for customer services very bad experience.

Fletcher of Bath

Ordered 2 coats but they were not suitable. Website is misleading as the goods are coming from China!! Asked for a refund but was offered the option of keeping the items plus a 15%refund. I said I wasn’t interested and they increased the refund to 25% as it would cost in the region of £30 to return them!! I have referred this to my Bank who are now looking into it for me. Definitely NOT impressed with this company.

CHEAP AND NASTY

Cheap and nasty
The product comes from China and is cheap, inferior fabric, badly made and sized wrongly. I strongly advise you not to buy you will be extremely disappointed the clothes are a total scam. The ad make you think the clothes are UK made and good quality but this is totally misleading. Even if you manage to make contact with this shoddy company the cost to return to China makes getting a refund a joke
