I received a cardigan yesterday the buttons were on the wrong side for a female.There were no washing instructions & impossible to return awful finish.Do not buy complete waste of money.Not a British firm but looks like it on the website.I should have looked at the reviews before ordering.

Just received a cardigan from Elaine Hart. Absolutely trash!! Not a bit like the picture and I would not be seen dead in it. A real SCAM! DO NOTBE FOOLED INTO THINKING THEIR STUFF COMES FROM LONDON!! Its Chinese tat abd you will never get your money back.

I deeply regret buying from this website. The product I received is cheap, poor quality and NOTHING like the item shown in the photos. It arrived all the way from China, despite the website giving a completely different impression.
And the worst part? Trying to return it is a nightmare. You are told to contact them by email to get return instructions. I contacted them and have received NO RESPONSE.
I paid a lot more than the product is worth and now I’m left trying to get my money back.
⚠️ DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE. Based on my experience, I do not believe they accurately represent the products or customer service.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING. I wish I had seen genuine customer reviews before placing my order.
BUYER BEWARE! 🚨

Utter trash! Ordered 4 dresses. 2 different colours each in 2 sizes. When they hadn’t arrived after 2 weeks I began to investigate the company. To my horror the reviews were shocking and I was so cross with myself for not having checked before parting with my money. I contacted my bank, explained and began a charge back. The bank have been excellent and I have the money back in my account.
The items finally arrived today after 3 weeks. The dresses are absolutely shocking. Nothing like the pictures they show on the website and are only fit for the bin. Cheap, thin tat.
Having read all the reviews on returning the trash, it’s not worth the bother, the charge or the stress. I’ve learnt my lesson.
Please DO NOT buy from these scammers. They need closing down. Don’t be fooled by their website images - they are nothing like the rubbish they out.

If I could give a negative rating of -5 I would be happy. If you see this advert do not buy from it. This is a scam.

The three jumpers that I purchased were of exceptionally poor quality and did not resemble the photographs, they were synthetic cheap material which did not come from London more like China.
I have been scammed before and lost money on these sites as the cost of postage back outweighs your loss

I purchased a cardigan which looked very good quality. It was shipped from China and was of the poorest quality, wrong size, had holes in the material. After a lot of back and forth via email they offered a 25% reduction and I could keep the item which I refused. I've now been told to return the product to China at my own expense and once the poor quality has been accepted then they'll refund. Please don't be fooled by their website. They are scammers.

Very happy with item purchased but delivery was a bit slow.

Easy enough to order online although I haven't received my order as yet so unable to comment on that for now.

These are scammers as the linen dress I ordered is different to the nasty, cheap version l received which looked like it was hand sewn with hanging thread and not the one on the Elaine Hart London website. Disgusting scammers, someone needs to put a stop to this.

The dress arrived late. Nothing at all like the one advertised. Cheap Temu knockoff. No embellishments whatsoever and very disappointed at the lack of decent quality. No response from the company when asked for return label and refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Avoid like the plague.

Cheap shoddy pieces of plastic sewn together to resemble a dress. Feels like a shower curtain. Do not not touch this company - they are nothing to do with London - they are a Chinese ghost company. You cannot return the goods as you would have to send them back to China. They offer 25% of your money back and you can keep the goods.

Do not use this site. Fake dresses , cheap pathetic copies not worth even £10 arrived.
