Flashify took $16,997 from me and delivered nothing.
No kiosks. No installations. No dashboard. No locations. No services.

They promised a 16-day deployment, “secured” locations, and full management.
All of it was false.

Flashify also used my photo in one of their ads and claimed the kiosk was making $1,600/month — a completely fabricated statement designed to mislead other investors.

After months of delays, repeated excuses, and missed deadlines, they stopped responding entirely. This matches the pattern reported by multiple other victims.

I have already filed:
• A Chase wire fraud claim
• An FBI IC3 report
• A complaint with the Texas Attorney General
• And I am organizing a class-action lawsuit

This review is based on documented evidence including contracts, wire receipts, Slack messages, and screenshots of their false advertising.

Flashify is a complete and utterly corrupt fraud!! They don’t exist! Their “warehouse” address they list on their LLC is empty and currently for rent! They have never had a lease there and I spoke directly to the agent representing it who also confirmed Flashify is a scam! Stole $15k from me. No response to refund demands but I’ll be suing the payment intermediary if I don’t get my money back! Police report made with the Houston PD and Harris County attorney. I have a video of the guy who called himself Oscar which I’ll be giving to the police for facial recognition.Robbie, the sales manager, never returns calls/texts….they ghost you once they get your money. I can’t believe the Flashify.live website is still active!! It all needs to be shut down and these guys need to be found and sent to prison! Disgusting POS thieves! Not sure why Trustpilot has 2.1 as a rating. Every single review was one star. They have a previous review under flashify.net. Majority of those are negative as well.

Flashify, sounded so amazing at first you had a woman by the name of Erica present a beautiful model that we could as investors do. I did not hesitate on the purchase. Once paid the fee for 2 machines. The trouble started. First by miscommunication. Scheduling calls and not following through. They took the money had you set up an account in a platform called slack. Then they say this is how we communicate and please pay attention so you can receive messages. This was also misleading they are delay on responding refused to give updates. However got communication that I was going to get a list of locations where the machines could be put. So my wife and I picked two locations and sent it up. Never heard anything back. Sent over 40 follow ups and never heard back. Now they are the point they got my money and ghosted me. I will be filling a consumer report against this company and I will file any other report against them. They failed at communication and transparencey

Same story as the rest of the investors here. This company is a SCAM at worst, or really just amateurs at best who don't know how to manage client communications or run the business. Same run around for months about finding locations and finalizing placements. They will promise you the moon during the sales calls, and once you invest, you will be ghosted for months.

Save yourself the trouble and do not invest. If you wanted to test it out like I did, make sure you do so with a credit card, not wires or checks.

Funny how basically all of their support and sales teams apparently quit shortly after you invest. They send you another one with an "outlook.com" email. They also took down flashify.net webiste. Probably to curb the amount of negative reviews, but the reviews will keep flowing here for flashify.live.

Just like everyone else I got scammed as well but I paid with my bank card through Stripe so I was able to get my money back. Robby was who I spoke with and set my account up to work with Oscar through Slack. Oscar was almost an hour late for the first meeting and I never got my locations and have never heard from anyone since then. It has been a month and they said I would have the location list and tracking for my units the same week I spoke with him a month ago. I just thank God I was able to get my money back. You are better off playing the stock market because these guys are low lifes and I'm sure they will get caught because they are doing it to too many people. FUN FACT: Robby said he went to my rival high school in Texas. He said he went to Haltom High School and his wife went to Richland High School. I'm not sure what year they graduated but I know they have at least one child because I heard the kids and he talked about being a parent and having kids. I wish I would have done a screenshot of him to go through year books and find him. I'm from Dallas and I want to roll up on him at his house. Oh and also he said he lives in the Keller, TX area now. He could have been lying about it all but I don't think so.

DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE THIS IS A MASSIVE SCAM OVER 100K in WIRE FRAUD.

I did 17K package back in July 28th 2025 and 4months later I have NOTHING. Keep getting the run around like any other investor. THIS IS MASSIVE FRAUD.

Please stay away. Caleb and Alex don’t exist. They will do a Zoom call and try to pitch you the idea. They are now robotic numbers and nowhere to be found.

I just put chargeback in my CC with Amex and BOA. Do not stay longer on this.

This is confirmed to 1000% be a scam, and it's likely that there are many of us out there, as we were contracted at roughly the same time and now reviews are coming out to demonstrate this conclusively.

I have not heard from "Caleb" (chatbot) since Nov 10th, 2025. I actually purchased an "Empire Package" to the tune of $30k, and this money appears lost, as I initiated a wire for the onboarding fee after signing the contract.

I have also filed a complaint with the Texas AGs office, the FTC and consulted attorneys for a possible class action against Meta/TikTok, as they are the ones that ran these scam ads that enabled the fraud. So far, I have been unsuccessful in retaining legal representation, but if we can form a class, then we have more of a chance to interest a law firm to possibly bring suit against Meta/TikTok. It has recently come to light that Meta has generated over $14 billion USD on scam ads, and there absolutely must be some level of accountability for accuracy, here.

I invested 9k with these guys in Aug. 21 2025.
I was told the kiosk will be live 14-21 days maybe longer for a really good location. It’s been nothing but run arounds ever since I gave them my money. Since then I’ve gathered a group of about 10 investors all getting the same run around. Exact same stories of “Caleb” or others “Alex” has been fired so someone else is taking over and the same run around. They’re telling the other investors Caleb has been fired but he still handles my account in slack.
Just a huge scam. From what other investors are saying is they give you the run around until you are out of your bank chargeback period then they ignore you. I just recently requested them to give me a refund and ever since I have been ghosted.
At this point I’m doing my chargeback on my cc and also talking with my attorney and the other investors about looking into criminal charges.

Flashify is a scam, I went to leave a review on their trustpilot page from their original website flashify.net and it seems that the trustpilot page no longer allows reviews because the website is no longer active. Don’t get tricked by them they say they have kiosks and locations all over the US but it’s a complete lie. In on of their responses they mentioned having them at Hard Rock Stadium when I can tell you first hand Hard Rock is contracted with Chargefuze an actual reputable company.
