Misleading Product, Poor Quality & Zero Customer Support
I had a terrible experience with Flashify.
I ordered Bose Ultra Open Earbuds (Unboxed - White), but received a completely different color (Lilac), which I did not want. That itself shows a serious lack of basic order accuracy.
Worse, the condition of the product was nowhere close to “NEW” as advertised. The earbuds were clearly used, and to top it off, there is intermittent sound cracking during usage. This is unacceptable for a premium product like Bose.
I tried reaching out to their customer support through every available channel — return process, email, and contact number — but received absolutely no response. Zero accountability.
They claim to perform “open box QC checks” before dispatch, but based on my experience, that seems completely false. Either no QC is done, or it’s just a marketing gimmick.
This feels like outright misrepresentation — sending incorrect items and low-quality products while ignoring customers afterward.
Final verdict: Not trustworthy. Not worth the money. Avoid at all costs.
Scam.
Started off okay, but communication fell off early. Kiosks were said to have been installed, but no money went to stripe account. Dashboard soon became inaccessible. Ghosted. No response to emails either.
I reported the YT videos as scams
Looking into how to recoup any of the money.
I did a chargeback on my credit card
I did a chargeback on my credit card. It took several months but I just got my money back today. So glad I used a credit card instead of my bank. I hope they find these people.
Me and my husband were scammed makes me…
Me and my husband were scammed makes me so sad, we work hard for our money, we tried to get our money back from the bank but they sent a letter saying we approved it they don’t have time to write me back but have enough time to take my money. I was excited for this, and I never invest in anything and I finally did and this happens. At least let me get my credit from the bank. I am sad we haven’t heard anything from them in 6 months. They always would write with broken promises. I will look for a lawyer so this doesn’t happen to me or other people again.
Total scam
Total scam. Same as everyone else here. I did manage to get my money back. Once they started ghosting me on Slack I decided to keep making appointments like I was a new prospect using my kids numbers and emails. They got tired of having to deal with me everytime they thought they had a new prospect. They eventually repaid my credit card in full. Hope this might help someone
16k gone
16k gone. No one is responding. Livid. If anyone wants to do a class action suit please let me know
Warning!!!!
My husband and I were looking into investing with this company. Everything seemed very promising and legitimate until we started pressing a bit for more verification that units had been successfully placed. They said all of their current investors were protected with "privacy laws" etc., which makes no sense if someone wanted to give a testimonial they could and probably would as it would help spread the concept. Also, we got a copy of the 2 page contract to review. It was very simplistic and of course protected only them. When questioning a few points we were told that there could be no changes or negotiations. My attorney basically told us to run don't walk. Bottom line...we did not invest the $30K we were considering but would like to help deter others from investing their hard earned money because the company really did do a good job of presenting themselves as very promising and forthright. I really hope all of the people that have been scammed get their money back.
THIS IS A SCAM
THIS IS A SCAM. I’m sharing my experience so other people would not invest on this crappy business. Like others I invested on this company and seen that it was a good concept. However they stopped communication and I follow up every time but there was no more answer. I invested last October and the last communication I received was 1st week of November letting me choose a location but they said that the company will approve locations. Nothing was done. No update, no installation. It’s been 3 months of nothing. This is a hard earned money and not easy to bring it back. But I always believe in karma to you and your family getting money from people who trusted you but feeding your family at the expense of others. You will see in the end karma will come to you.
Flashify is likely going under a different name called Zap Hub
3rd review I’m almost certain Flashify is now going under a name called tryZapHub dot com or they are a different scam company but their website is much more sophisticated than Flashify’s original page. They pricing is almost the same it’s advertised the same way Flashify does and even it’s follow up questions if you want to book a call is all the same. On their site they have a guy doing a demo with a ChargerGoGo cell phone charging station and explaining the pricing models which is what CGG uses. This page has much more info on it and looks more believable than what Flashify was originally using before.
No one is responding 😒 what the heck…
No one is responding 😒 what the heck Man. We had a meaningful conversation whats going on. This is horrible that ur scamming people
Definite Scam
I'd be interested in connecting with others if there is a class action lawsuit or any other way for us to work together and potentially regain any of our lost investments.
My experience is similar to many others' here. I decided to give this a shot and received periodic "updates" over the course of a few months simply to string me along and then nothing for a month or two and no response when I reached out. It had seemed legitimate when I signed up for four machines; there were positive reviews online, the presentation from Adam Sandoval seemed well-researched (and it seemed like he owned several machines himself). I'm just glad that I didn't sink more into this.
TOTAL SCAM, STAY AWAY!
Found this fraudulent company through a facebook ad, and was even directed to TrustPilot to read their good reviews; these reviews were taken down by TrustPilot apparently as they were flagged as fake/fraudulent.
Just like everybody else has stated, this is a SCAM, and a pretty elaborate one, where the scammers are more bold and brazen and actually talk to you (initially), then they take your money and essentially go silent and disappear.
When I first spoke with Robby, he promised everything under the sun, between how much kiosks will make, that they are guaranteed (easy to make guarantees when you'll never deliver a service), and that you'll get returns on your investment within a year (usually too good to be true).
After paying them ($30K), I was set up on their "free trial" slack account (another red flag), and would receive a response maybe every 7-8 days if lucky.
I then started to press them for more credentials and proof that they weren't scamming me, and they again failed to respond - I asked for the owner of the company and their contact info, a supervisor, somebody else at the top, nothing. I asked for a phone number, nothing. I asked for an email address, and he finally (weeks later) gave me an email attached to their old, taken down website (another red flag).
I asked several times for proof of their kiosks existing ANYWHERE, and they were unable to provide even a basic picture of their kiosks at even one venue.
I reached back out to Robby again (4th text in 2 weeks with no replies), and expressed my displeasure and worries about the lack of communication, and he finally messaged me back that he's no longer with the company (just like others have stated with their conatcts).
The latest was I messaged 4 times through slack, and no responses for 8 days. NO LEGITIMATE COMPANY would EVER keep you hanging like this. They are frauds like everyone else has said, patiently waiting for you to be outside of the chargeback window, so the chances of them making out with your money is greater.
I have filed disputes with both AMEX and my bank, and both have stated they will take care of me as no service has actually been delivered, communication has been non-existent, and everything surrounding their entire company points to them being a scam.
I will pursue further legal action if necessary, and notify the appropriate authorities.
There is not ONE legitimate review attesting to their services ever being delivered, because they do not own kiosks, they don't set them up, they don't deliver them... they replicate other charging company's business models up until the point where services should be delivered and then disappear.
STAY FAR AWAY and report them if you see any more of their ads...
I am beyond upset
I am beyond upset. I invested nearly $17k with them and after I sent the money, I began to see some red flags. They kept in touch with occasional updates (like saying they’ve been able to place my machines at festivals and such) but things haven’t felt right. They have been unable to share a dashboard with me, show any proof of the machine(s) installed at said events or anything. When I told them I was nervous I was being scammed, they ghosted.
My hard earned 401k money is gone. I believed in the business model and this scam was elaborate.
One thing to note is that in their first email to me, they link to a video of a guy pitching the opportunity and said that was their CEO “William”. Turns out, it’s some widely profiled business speaker named James D. Murphy. I did a reverse image search and found him.
Please stay far away from these people. :(
Beware
Beware — This Company Is a Scam.
I invested $8,797 with Flashify and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. After they took my payment, communication stopped almost completely — no updates, no installation progress, and no confirmed timelines despite multiple follow-ups. The only message I received claimed “approvals were with vendors,” but after that, they went silent for over a month.
Nothing was ever delivered, no kiosks were installed, and it became clear this was a fraudulent operation. Thankfully, I was able to file a successful chargeback with American Express and recover my funds. I’m leaving this review so others don’t lose their money the way I almost did. Avoid this company at all costs.

I’ve had the same experience as everyone else on here. You can find the the facebook account of the alleged CEO under Luca Villanueva. He is the person that countersigned my contract. My business partner and I have both reached out to him via FB message, and would encourage everyone else to do the same. We have also filed complaints with the FTC and the FBI.

They were very good initially until I paid my $8977 for the initial 2 kiosks. Then they no showed on a follow up update call and they did not respond to any of my communication, whether it would be the slack channel, phone number of sales rep, or their messaging on social media. Even tried booking another sales call and they refused to honor that meeting to provide me an update and said they would give me a priority response.
1000% scam
1000% scam, fraud, fake, illegal, unethical, thieves
Picture from the linked in profile for their "ceo" was tracked back to an actor for hire on fivver.
Don't fall for this.
FLASHIFY: NOTHING BUT A SCAM
My hope is that someone will read this and save themselves a boat load of frustration!! The concept is great!! They have a fairly sophisticated web presentation. What should have set of red flags is that there is no phone number for anything!! Not for sales, or customer service, or product questions. They have a convincing presentation for what they claim they will do for you. After my purchase my salesperson "Will" completely ghosted me, even after he assured me that he would always be available for questions(typical sales BS). After the purchase there were more bad signs. You are only able to get someone (when you are lucky) via a Slack channel. Getting them to answer is like pulling teeth. When they do answer you back, they give very short answers but never answered questions directly or fully. I asked them to explain their process. A sensible question since I forked over $17K for 4 kiosks. You guessed it, I got no answer. I was told that it could take 45-60 days but I think that was more so you wouldn't bother them for 2 months before you asked for your money back. I luckily paid with my Amex card because I know they take these matters seriously and are relentless with investigating. Buyer beware!!! Is it me or has there been a crazy number of scams popping up?? I'm sure there are a few legitimate opportunities out there but do your "deep dives" before you commit to anything online. When you think you've done enough vetting, do some more. My initial search revealed a couple of positive reviews (probably fake) but when I did one today, I found a lot of negative reviews that I didn't see in the beginning!!!! I still think the idea is good, but this company completely scammed me and many others.
DO NOT BECOME THIER NEXT VICTIM!!!!!!!
