I ordered a t shirt from Flagwix. Was helped immensely with an agent named Alice with customer service! What a true help with what they normally don’t help with a wrong sized shirt I originally ordered. But she did, and I so appreciate her help ordering the correct size-medium. It matches the design in the fan flag I also ordered from Flafwix too!

Quality Product
The flag is very durable and has with stood winds of 30 mph. The design is just what I was looking for to promote America's 250th.

Ordered ornaments for quite a bit of money. When they came they were junky, cheap items. Company will not refund

What a beautiful flag
What a beautiful flag! I ordered one with special instructions on where I wanted the grommets (yes you can special order), and the communication between customer support and myself was top notch!! They went above and beyond to make sure the flag I ordered was exactly what I wanted. It exceeded my expectations and looks so beautiful hanging out off our deck! I also ordered one for a retirement gift and although they don’t have rush shipping, Alice from support (who is amazing :), pushed everything through in the warehouse and the flags arrived 2 days before the retirement party!! I cannot say enough good things about this company! If you are looking for a flag made of great quality to last for years to come, I highly recommend Flagwix!!! Thank you ~Julie~

Fly your Flagwix high!
This was our first experience ordering from Flagwix.com. We were looking for a great 250th flag to fly under our US flag. Your flag really grabbed our attention and the price was fine, so we ordered it. Placing our order was easy, and we actually received it earlier than expected.

I ordered a 250 Anniversary Patriotic dog hat for my husband for Father's Day. I ordered 5/27/26 received my order 6/15/26.It's so small it would fit a child..Nothing like how it's shown on the web page.I paid way to much for this hat and feel totally taken by this company.I'm disappointed with their product.Will never order f t om them again.My order # is 327973

I love these products and huge selection
I love these products and the huge selection that was available. We have purchased a large banner, and 8 different bunting. The store is easy to shop and they keep you posted during the shipping process. I highly recommend Flagwix and love the quality of these patriotic items.

Still waiting on Flag that is no longer wanted
I ordered a flag on May 31st. It was to be used on Flag day and 250th celebration/4th of July.
Today is June 14th (Flag Day). My order was not prepared for shipping until June 10th but STILL HAS NOT left the warehouse.
The order email reads it would be shipped in "1-3 days". Their website reads "Shipping Time:
You will receive your order within:
7 – 9 business days (within the U.S.)"
Their refund police states that refunds will only be issued in the "unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you."
What a scam! Never again!!!
I emailed their customer support several times. First, to request that the flag not be sent since it would not arrive on time. They responded that any order had to be canceled within one business day, and it could not be canceled at that point. Their policy is that in order to get a refund, you need preapproval from them. This entails getting a confirmation letter and a shipping label. I emailed asking for a shipping label and the required letter of confirmation so that I could send back the flag once it arrives, l was told I could not get a refund unless the item was defective or damaged.

Commemorative flags for 250 years
First time i purchased from Flagwix. The 2 flags I ordered were received in a timely manner. They are beautiful flags and very well made. I ordered 1 for myself and 1 for my son. We are displaying them proudly.

Better Than What I'm Used To
I'm very particular about my flags. Over the years I've bought only cotton flags (not polycotton) made in America. I replace it every couple of years because of fading in the afternoon sunshine (the old flags go to VFW). I have a new one waiting to be hung on July 4th.
I've had polyester (don't like them) & cotton, but the 250th flag I bought is the first canvas flag I've ever bought. I've been converted. When my new cotton American flag fades in a couple of years, I now plan to replace it with a canvas flag from Flagwix. They're durable, hang nicely & I'm sure much more weather-resistant than the cotton ones.

Ragdoll Commemorative Flags
I ordered the commemorative 3x5 flag and a garden commemorative flag each with a Ragdoll Cat motif. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and beauty of both flags. They arrived promptly and well packaged. I proudly display these flags in honor of our country’s 250th year birthday. I plan to buy my flags from Flagwix in the future. They have such a wonderful and varied selection from which to choose and a home can be adorned with unique patriotic banners!

Superior quality and fast friendly service. When my large American flag wears, which I purchased from a different company, I will replace it with Flagwix. Their flags are silky but hold up.
