I received my flag in the time frame as stated. The material was thick, sturdy, the colors and writing were vivid. They keep you inform with the shipping. The billing is easy, exact amount, accurate and safe even if your shipping to and billing to are 2 different addresses. The discount is true to the percentage. Thank you for being an honest company. Return policy
Return policy is not clear when you make a purchase with this company. Therefore... if you want to return the items, you find out quickly that you cannot return the items per store policy unless they are damaged. Oh well, they do offer a 30% discount on another item OR a 20% refund. WHAT A JOKE! Never again.

I place an order for 250th anniversary…
I place an order for 250th anniversary flag and t-shirt. I received my t-shirt and was waiting for my flags to arrive. I went to Flagwix website and I asked an update on my order on Friday morning and they replied back to me late that afternoon. Which I wasn’t expecting a response until Monday and I impressed with their quick turnaround. Alice with Flagwix looked into my order and I received my flags on Monday around 9:15 am central time. I didn’t expect them to come in that quick but they did and when I opened the package I was really happy with my order and very pleased with Flagwix customer service. I definitely ordered from them again and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Flagwix for expediting my order I am very happy with your service. Thank you Diane from Texas.

So faded
The flag looks really nice when you receive it, but is sooo faded over time and doesn't look nice now. Don't waste your money as this flag was expensive at $58 and change.
Update ... Flagwix customer support has been really good to work with and after reviewing the photos of the flag in question, they are sending a replacement flag. Thank you Flagwix for your prompt review and resolution!

Quick turn around
I ordered flags and after I had paid, the notice of turn-around-time showed up; 3 work days to process and 9-12 work days to deliver which put it beyond the big 250th anniversary 4th-of-July. I was disappointed to say the least. But 5 days later I got the package, a VERY quick turn around compared to what was projected. Thanks for making the extra effort to beat your delivery projection by a week and a half.

The service is great
The service is great. I had some concerns about the anticipated delivery times. I emailed the company and they actually responded, researched my purchase and got back to me with answers. I got my flag right on time. I was surprised at how nice it is. I expected thin flimsy material. It is actually quite well made. The colors are just as bold as the advertisement. I’m very happy with my flag. You will be too.

BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered 4 flags. 2 flags were great in the beginning but the flags faded (blue turns purple) within 30 days. The next 2 fan flags; opened the package the flags (for 250th Anniversary) colors are cream, brown and a faded blue. USA colors are red, white, and blue! They tried to say its classic, vintage style. Yep, I purchased a classic and vintage flag and it is red, white and blue. I contacted the company same day for a return label and refund, its been almost a month with no refund or return label. This company is great to communicate as long as the conversation is one sided, but once you request a return/refund, they quit communicating. I have emailed them over and over, only to receive excuses or no response. They offered a 40% refund to keep the brown, cream and faded blue flags, but I refused. After that, NO communication or refund. Stay away from this company! Your company has the worst customer service and refund policy. My reviews will continue until I am refunded in full!
