Multiple requests by email to customer service. Only got standard bot response. No follow up. Have requested refund. No responses. Now suspect they have gone bust as a business

order 202504620456 - Ordered and paid for the part. Email from FixPart giving me a tracking number with FastWay couriers. Tracking the package showed no record of the package. Should have been 2 day delivery. After a week, emailed Customerservice at fixpart.ie - asking about the order. No response. Second email - response that an investigation is underway, but no further info. I'm sure it is a glitch - but still - very disappointed.

Do not oder with FixPart
I have order a anti-scale filtre and never received the product. I contacted FixPart and was told (by Rodrigo) that the parcel was returned cause no one was at home and I've been asked to pay new shipping fees. Never had any issues with courier deliver before. They did not deliver the product and provided me with a terrible customer service. Shame!

The delivery was thrown over our side gate. We just returned from holiday and I thought the box was rubbish as it's been heavily raining and has disintegrated. Luckily the product is in a plastic bag otherwise I would be asking for a refund.

Faulty Product - Ignored Complaint and Refused Replacement
We purchased a water filter from fixpart for our fridge - we bought in a few weeks in advance as we knew the existing one was coming to the end. When we fitted the new filter water was leaking all around. We had no choice but to abandon. We e-mailed the company about this issue but they said it was more than 14 days since we purchased the product and therefore was not refundable. They asked for a video to show the fault for verification which we sent. After weeks of no reply we followed up to be told they are now awaiting reply from the manufacturer to see if they can get a replacement sent. Fast forward 3 months and still no reply. Chased up again and a repeat of the initial message to say because it was outside of the 14 day warranty they will not do anything. Joke customer service and not taking ownership of their faulty product.

A drum paddle on my washing machine broke and I searched the model number on Google & Fixpart came up with the exact make of drum paddle that would fit my washing machine. I was skeptical at first but for €20 all in all I thought it’s better than having to buy a new washing machine. I ordered the part and 5 days later it arrived. It fit my washing machine perfectly and I’ve successfully done 4 loads of laundry today and all is working perfectly. Thanks Fixpart- fast, efficient and reliable service
Worst customer service i have ever…
Worst customer service i have ever experienced! I ordered a part for my hair straightener in December, I got a notification to say it was delivered but the package never arrived it was Christmas week so I understand this can happen. I emailed the customer service team the beginning of January to get this sorted. The customer service is done through email and it honestly feels like it is a robot operating the customer service section because I just keep getting the same response. It is now the end of March and I have yet to have the issue resolved.
