Never got the part

Never got the part, customer service takes forever to reply. Want me to fill out a form which takes time. I couldn’t even be arsed wasting me time for the sake of 28 euro. Terrible company

I am STILL waiting on my part

I am STILL waiting on my part, even though it dispatched and I was given a tracking number Monday, that constantly shows “no events”. I have sent 4 emails and now this morning, I get a generic email to say sorry that customer service hasn’t been in touch. I want an urgent reply as to where our part is or I will be contacting the bank for return of payment immediately.

Website was easy to follow

Website was easy to follow and asked the righ questions on model number etc. to help ensure the correct part was delivered. The part arrived the same week - good service throughout.

Avoid fixpart.ie

I'd give no stars if I could.Useless.No customer service.Ordered two things mid July.Said online dispatch date would be August 1st.That date came & went & never changed on-line.I'm still waiting for the products to be dispatched & it is August 26th.
I sent 4 emails querying the delay & didn't get a response from a human until today when PayPal got involved to cancel my order & refund my money.Never again will I order from fixpart.ie.My advice would be to avoid

Product fine, delivery information poor

Recently ordered a replacement water valve for a Samsung washing machine. Part received was as described and fixed my issue. Lost stars as delivery was 7 working days (10 days) and the parcel tracking number I received on day 1 appeared invalid on courier website and only went live on day 9 making me worry it wasn't going to be delivered/ consider buying same part elsewhere. Customer service also took 2 days to respond on delivery status when queried.

Horrible service

Requested and paid for an item on 05/08/2025. Received email saying it had been handed over to courier on 06/08/2025. Courier does not have any knowledge of the shipment. Have sent multiple emails to customer support but no response.

Postscript: finally got it 19/08/2025. Seriously, wouldn't waste my money on this crowd. Totally shocking service.

No stars if possible please avoid this company send me the wrong part but I was expected to pay full price for their courier so I did to return it was so late emailing me the returns form. Send it by registered post but they never refunded me

Brutal experience.

Brutal experience.
Sending me tracking number that doesn't register.
I ask for clarity on email and only a bot replies. Never responds to simple requests for update. This company invests heavily in advertising. Customers mean nothing.

Terrible Service

I ordered a washing machine gasket/seal for a repair on the 10th July, with a 1-2 working day delivery. As of today the 31st July the package is undelivered. It was delivered from Germany, not Ireland as the (.ie) would have you believe. Landed in Dublin airport on the 13th July (late of course) with DHL and the tracking number hasn't been updated since. Contacted fixpart.ie customer service on the 18th to inquire about the package, was told on the 21st that they are initiating an investigation! On the 23rd customer service contacted me again and said all is well, we have contacted the courier company and the package has been found and is on it's way to you. 8 days later and still no package. The last time I checked it didn't take 8 days for a package to get from Dublin Airport to West Cork. Contacted them on the 29th July, to complain about the service and the lost package. Requested that they send out another gasket. Customer service responded : We are again in contact with the supplier (Courier) and hope to have a solution as soon as possible. Unfortunately this is taking a bit longer than expected. Sorry again for the inconvenience. If 21 days for a package is only a bit longer then expected, I don't know what else to say!
