No communication for weeks when I ordered the part.

- Showed in stock on web site. Delivery 4-5 days.
- Didn't arrive
- emailed and didn't get a response for 2 weeks until I said I was going to report them as scam to C/Card company
- Then they told me the item wasn't in stock and they did not know when it would be in stock.
- At this stage had my money 4 weeks.
- Then out of the blue a few days later I got a shipping notification.
- Part received and is the correct part. That is why they get 3 stars. Took 6 weeks and no communication to say it wasn't in stock after all.

They were extremely pro-active to get the sale of the unit, returning emails, sending exploded views of the product.
Once ordered though the customer service is severely lacking.

Fantastic site to order spare parts. Ordered replacement glass for oven. And it arrived within 5 days. Well packaged so it wouldn’t break in transit. Highly recommend.

Absolute worst scam company. I ordered a fridge part and the wrong part arrived..I submitted a return request and received an email. I continued to receive communication until my 14 day period was up and then all communication ceased. The whole point of emailing me was to drag that time period out. Absolutely no scruples. If there was a zero star I would award it. It is highly suspicious that there are positive reviews....Trust me fake ones

Terrible.
Support is not reviewing my screenshots, They continue to say I did a wrong order (altpart-1214453194-hob-230v-145mm) and saying I have to pay to send the item back. By email They provided me the correct model number, and the item I ordered is showing as first result! And even in the product page, the compatibility check says it is compatible with the model number provided by their support by email.

- if you see, the first result I got when using the FILTERS on the left, for Belling, Model NUmber 444443920 with your suggested option 5400812104 10689051), is showing the one I ordered! Why are you saying I used a different model number (a part an error in one email I sent you..)?? This screenshots sent shows that your system is suggesting that result and I ordered it!

Funnily enough I ordered the correct product as suggested by support (unable to explain there could be a mix 1000W and 1500W 145mm hotplates in my oven. Before they proposed the 1500W and I was worried to buy a 1500W instead a 1000W.. as I thought was a 1000W.. now they say, yes there is even a 1000W (after two emails were I was telling them..)

Hopefully will be the correct one, anuway annoying they want I spend money to send back a wrong item ordered because their website issue.

Never again will i order from these jokers.
By far the worst and most unprofessional company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Customer service (Rial in particular)is terrible.
Ordered a part on the 30th of October and was told 9 to 11days for delivery. After paying for my purchase i was then told delivery would be 12th of December. After asking for a refund i was completely ignored. I purchased the part from another company and informed fix part not to send the order as the 12th of December would not be good enough. Again ignored and no response. 6 days after informing these clowns the part was purchased elsewhere they decided to send it anyway.
I am now at the loss of €120.
These advertise as a .IE company but in fact are German. Never again will i deal with you.
