Our office Sage Barrister Express had a fault with the auto cut off for the pouring function. Rory was able to fix the issue and service our machine all within 4 working days. Very good communication throughout.

My Sage Barista Express Coffee Machine developed an electrical fault recently. Having found the Fix My Coffee Machine website, I used the Whats App function which enables you to contact the company via message. Rory came back to me within minutes giving an accurate repair estimate whilst also explaining how shipping to and from the repair location works.
Having booked in the repair/service, I shipped the machine via UPS on Thursday 4th Jan. Rory had fixed the machine by the Sunday and I had it back, in full working order by the following Wednesday.

When my 8 year old Sage coffee machine started tripping the home electrics between Christmas & New Year I thought I was looking at a long time without coffee and having to buy a new machine. However I found Fix My Coffee Machine online and being based in Bristol they looked super convenient. I was not disappointed! A couple of hours after I submitted an enquiry, Rory was in touch via WhatsApp and booked in a slot to drop off the machine. Rory was very flexible with timings and responsive in his communications. I dropped off my machine at lunchtime a few days later and by that evening he had diagnosed the issue, performed repairs and sent a video showing my machine in perfect working order; a very pleasant surprise! I collected the next day and am enjoying coffee from a machine now working as good as new.

Brilliant service! From the shipping of my coffee machine they were in regular contact and let me know when my machine had arrived to them. They managed to fix it within a day or two, offered a full service which we happily agreed to and I had my machine back by the end of the week. Highly recommended!

My coffee machine stopped working and I was not sure what was going on. I asked them for advice on Whatsup and they suggested before I request a repair I tried with a different filter (completely forgot I had a single wall one) to exclude the possibility it's just the filter needing replacing. And they were right! This is the kind of honest and courteous customer service that really says a lot about a business integrity. I will definitely use their services should I need in the future

From initial contact via what’s app with Rory I just knew I was in safe hands.
I did do a lot of research before choosing Fix my coffee machine and the reviews could not be more true.
Communication was quick and precise, Rory received my machine the day after I sent it, fixed it that day after checking it over, sent me a video of the machine in full working order, once confirmed I received it back next day beautifully packaged . If I am honest it has never worked so well. I would recommend Rory every time .

Very knowledge about the machine and parts as unfortunately my machine arrived to Rory broken but he advised the price of the water tank, fast turn around of the repair.

I can't praise Rory enough for his customer service. I contacted Rory about repairing my Sage Barista Pro and he promptly replied and agreed to take a look at my machine the next day as we live in Bristol. I dropped it off in the morning and by the evening he got back to me to say it was all fixed and serviced. Pure joy.

Rory provided a first class service. Kept me fully informed of what he was doing to repair and service my Sage Barista Express. He provided a few videos highlighting the fault and this was really helpful. The machine was also serviced and given a fantastic silver polish. Reallly very pleased. Would definitely recommend

Great service from Rory. Clear communication via WhatsApp before we packed up and sent our ‘baby’ aka a Sage Express. Rory quickly sent a video explaining/showing the issues with our machine, fixed it and sent it back - all within 4 days! Fab - we’re back on the caffeine 😀

After my machine packed it in last week I got straight on the phone to Rory at 'Fix My Coffee Machine', I was able to drop it off to him on the Friday and by Saturday morning Rory had the issue diagnosed and videos of the problem sent to me on WhatsApp.

Excellent service. I was delighted that Rory managed to fix my 8 year old Barrista Express; it is back to full working order. Exceptionally tidy workshop and great communication via Whatsapp. Flexibility over drop off and pick up timings was much appreciated.
