it’s a huge leap of faith to send an expensive coffee machine in the post to the other side of the country but I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Absolutely amazing company to deal with! They were so helpful and always so easy to get in touch with. They kept us up to date throughout the process and our machine is working like it’s brand new again. We really cannot fault them, such a lovely company to be a customer of. Really great outcome
Really great outcome - ie Sage Dual Boiler working better than ever. However, what makes this an experience over and above the rest is the detailed communication. Ultra clear about what work had taken place, the cost etc. VERY impressed.

100% recommend FMCM
My 6 year old Bambino Plus stopped working. After a full service, it is as good as new. Communication was excellent and included a video of the machine working once it had been fixed. I would 100% recommend using Fix My Coffee Machine if you ever have any problems with your Sage machine.
Superb service
Superb service. Highly recommended. FMCM repaired my broken Sage Barista Express and fully serviced it. It was all done in a couple of weeks which was faster than they thought they'd be able to do it. The comms from FMCM was superb - all done via WhatsApp. Great follow-up a couple of weeks later to make sure that everything was still working fine which it was. Many thanks to the team at FMCM.

Fab and easy experience. FMCM were fantastic and fixed our machine in a short time. They communicated perfectly about the process, potential costs and sent a video of the machine working before being delivered back to us. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic customer service
I have to say I'm really impressed by these folks. We sent them a Sage Duotemp for repair, which when returned immediately developed a new fault. We then sent the machine back for a further repair, for which they charged us only for parts, not labour. Then that repair also developed an immediate fault. We were now quite annoyed as the repairs had altogether cost more than a new machine would have done. But Fixmycoffee were brilliant - they paid for the Duotemp to be sent back to them and offered to replace it with a brand new Bambino Plus, an offer we accepted. Both we and they lost money overall and we were sad to see our old machine go, so it was a bad situation all round. But their excellent customer service and thoughtful solution made it all bearable in the end.

100% Confident in their work
Wonderful to find a local repair specialist for my Sage Oracle. I have been very impressed with how they use technology to book drop off, collection slots and an impressive engineer run through of faults repairs etc. The approach and level of information shared made me feel 100% confident in their work. The staff and owner convey enthusiasm and confidence which is so refreshing. If I were to make one small criticism it would be their price point at which they say they would go ahead and repair rather than consult the customer. I would have felt happier with a level that equated to a service than £100 above that. I know these machines are expensive items but I want to feel in control of my money rather than abdicate responsibility.

The people involved here are brilliant.
I'd struggled to find somewhere to get my machine repaired and 'risked' sending it to Bristol; very glad I did!
The coffee machine I loved and had grown to rely on is now back with me and looking almost as good as when I first bought it.
Communication was clear, fair, frequent and reasonable.
Expectations were managed, and in this case exceeded.
Getting a Sage machine repaired can be a challenge, please put your trust in D+R if you need to, they won't let you down!
Superb experience throughout
Superb experience throughout. My machine lost pressure and FMCM we're able to give it thorough service and flush everything out, now it works like new again for half the cost of buying a new one. They said it would be 3 weeks but it only took them 2. 100% recommended. I live in Leeds, so had to post my machine with UPS which added around £22 each way, if you can drop the machine with them this will save a good amount on postage.

Quality service check and outstanding coffee they supply to go with it. Unfortunately, i had some issues getting used to constructing the hopper back, FMCM was speedy and concise with the replies so that I could have a quality brew ASAP, thankyou for your support and service!

Couldn't find anyone local who would take our Sage Barista Express, which had an issue with the grinder. So grateful to have found fixmycoffeemachine. We sent them the machine via UPS and they both mended and serviced it. They kept us updated at every step, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (although hopefully won't need to for a while...).

Outstanding service from start to finish.
I delivered my Barista Express to Bristol on 13 September and have just enjoyed my first flat white 10 days later after UPS delivery today.
Excellent comms: booking made via WhatsApp and received video showing successful operation following repair (failed electro valve) three days later. Opted for additional service to take advantage of FMCM expertise and my machine is now purring like new.

Great Service
The company did a great job and the aftercare service was excellent. It was daunting for me to send my beloved coffee machine off on its own but the service was excellent and when I made anxious phone calls they were reassuring and helpful.
