Cost effective battery replacement brought an old iPad Pro back into use. Service was simple to use and very quick with iPad returned in 4 working days including posting with plenty of communication of status which was important as a first time user. Repair seems well executed with no visible damage and price was very competitive, so happy to recommend.

Great and quick service

Excellent service, fixed my broken iPad Air screen in less than 1 working day! As far as I searched online, these guys were the only ones that could do glass-only replacement for my model, instead of replacing the entire LCD panel (panel was thankfully intact), which saved me about £60-£80. Good quality work, pencil works fine as well.

I honestly wasn’t sure at first if it was going to work out, but I’m so glad I went ahead with it. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The service was quick, professional, and the quality of the screen replacement is outstanding. I genuinely can’t believe I have my MacBook working perfectly again — it looks and feels brand new! Highly recommend.

They were able to replace the screen on my Macbook Pro for a pretty fair price especially compared to Apple and other competitors. Service was also pretty good. I was able to pick up my laptop the day after dropping it off. I'd highly recommend.

I was certain it was just a broken screen, because the iPad still worked, but slivers were coming out. Tried the iStore in Northampton, but they only offered a trade-in versus new iPad.
Paid £75 plus £14.99 postage for Royal Mail Tracked 48 to Whitechapel and Royal Mail Tracked 24 back to Northampton. Royal Mail brought the label and collected on 10th and I received my fixed iPad on 16th. Messages received for each step in the process.

Decent price, easy to deal with, and an efficient and quick repair that, so far, seems fine.

Great service and good communication. Highly recommended. The replacement glass on my iPad looks like new and everything works as it should even the Apple Pencil ✏️

MacBook AIR replacement screen- I’m pretty picky with screen quality but appears to be OEM replacement panel and no issues. Friendly to talk to and good price.

I sent a Macbook in for repair. The website promises a repair within 1-3 days, but it has been over 10 days with no update. I've tried Whatsapp and calling. I'll adjust the review if I ever get a reply.

What an amazing company, second to none. I sent my daughters iPad Air 5 to this company to repair a broken screen after my daughter dropped it, and 4 days after me posting it, it was back in my hands looking as good as the day we bought it.

I am always skeptical about sending things off to be repaired but I had no need to worry at all with these. I was kept in the loop the whole way through the repair and return postage.

After speaking to several other repair shops about what I thought was a cracked screen on my Apple Watch Ultra 2, I visited the team at Fixmybroken screen and without even taking my watch off they told me that I didn’t need a screen repair and that it was just the tempered glass protector that was cracked and replaced it within £10 minutes - saving me loads of time and several hundreds of pounds! Really quick, expert and trustworthy service! Will definitely use them again.

Took my macbook pro in for screen replacement, it came back and unfortunately broke again within a few days but after a bit of back and forth they fixed it again no extra charge. Laptop working fine. Good price. Good guys and I would defo use again
