I've used Fixheadphones twice now.
The first time I used the service, I was quite hesitant and Louis answered all my questions before I sent off my headphones. Because it was a great experience, this second time I did not hesitate to use the service again.
Both occasions, the service was speedy. This time around, I sent my headphones on a Monday and I've received them on the Thursday, speedy turnaround. Thank you!

Bose Q35 lost sound in left side. contacted Fixheadphones.com in Provo. They sent me shipping packet for repair.
Sent me invoice on repair cost. under $100 including shipping both ways
Received repaired headset back within a week of paying invoice.
Very Happy with set.
Good communication when contracted.

Excellent professional speedy service. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. Headphones came back promptly and in great working order, looked brand new with the new ear pads, which I was reluctant to do myself.

I needed my beats headphones fixing as they weren’t sitting on my head properly and part of the plastic had cracked. I sent photos to Louis and he told me what I needed to have done and how much it would be. I sent them off and when they were returned I was absolutely delighted with the results. Wow, have to say I’m impressed. At first I wasn’t too sure they were legit, so read the reviews. I sent my Beats Solo via signed delivery on a Monday afternoon and got them back the Friday. I was surprised at the speed of service and my beats are working again. I was fortunate that at the time their was a special offer of 12% discount which I’m glad I took advantage off. However, I would have been happy to have paid the full price as the service and communication was fantastic.

Really great service. My headphone band had snapped and tape wasn’t holding them together but now they’re as good as new and at a great price! My daughter’s Beats Solo 3 had no sound on one side. After reading the excellent reviews for Fix headphones and contacting Louis for a quote, I sent them off for repair rather than buy a new pair. A week later the headphones arrived home perfectly fixed and I have a very happy daughter. The process was seamless with great communication and clear instructions, I highly recommend the service. My daughter's Beats Solo 3 Headphones had a broken hinge and failed right channel, all nicely out of guarantee. Contacted Fixheadphones via the web, who responded very quickly with a repair quotation and lead-time. Very easy process to send headphones, and all was repaired (within quoted cost) very quickly. Great service and communication by Louis and the team, and would recommend/use again in the future (this time probably for the left channel). Result = happy tennage daughter, and therefore parents!
