They came and collected the vehicle on time. I was given two dates when the vehicle would be complete. I had to phone to find out when as it wasnt delivered on any of those dates. The receptionist was helpful. The car came back things were chucked in the backseat the boot was upheavel and things and coins were missing. The repair however was satisfactory

The reason for the date changes were due to parts delays which were out of our control. Regarding the condition of your car upon return. I have spoken with the cleaner who had moved your items to enable him to clean / hover the inside of your vehicle and about not putting the things back neatly. Great experience
My car was damaged by a crackhead with an electric scooter, and FixAuto has done a fantastic job fixing the damage (dent in bonnet, scratches to side panel and headlight). They were professional, efficient and great at communicating and I would happily use them again. Kelly the receptionist is lovely to deal with.

Best customer service
Kelly and the gentleman who predominantly helped me are superb! Their customer service is exceptional. They're so friendly and helpful. This isn't the first time i've used FIx Auto and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a garage. I never leave reviews, that in itself is testament.

Fixing a jammed lock in the boot of my car
Today I went to auto fix as my tailgate lock was jammed. The service was fantastic from the receptionist to the mechanic and his assistant - they did an excellent job and were friendly, very competent and professional - thoroughly recommend them

Absolutely shockingly bad service from this garage from the mix up over booking the car in to the hassle of getting the car back - I believe they have also damaged my vehicle whilst it’s been with them

Dear Mr Davies, there was a mix up on the collection and as explained we had not received authority however, we did still collect the vehicle on the same day as it was originally arranged. Regarding getting the vehicle back the delay was due to getting confirmation that it was a private vehicle and we did not require to collect the VAT as previously advised which did delay it by 24 hours. You also stated you believed we had damaged your car. I can confirm before we started repairs we carried out a Pre Scan which states several stored faults one of them being the power window. The Post Scan still showed the fault was still there. On the final QC we checked into it so we could give a more detailed diagnosis. We have images of the door trim that is damaged and we also found water and corrosion on the switch connection. This was dried out and the drivers window started to work again. There were also signs of this being worked on previously. Again we have images. Before delivering the vehicle back our VDA called to update you and left a message. we didn't delay getting the vehicle back and we also didn't charge you anything for the work or investigation. I would also point out this issue was not related to the rear accident damage we repaired.

Took a while to have my car returned, was not being kept updated. Only Kelly showed great customer service. I dreaded calling if she was answering the phone
