A good experience
The arrangements for dropping the car and picking it up were very well organised and, on the occasions I needed it, communications were good during the process. The staff seem knowledgable and are helpful.

Extremely poor— Bad driving
Extremely poor. Tried everything in book to find faults or imaginary damages to curtesy car. The driver started driving my car while picking up from my home moving in 2 nd gear not first. And also not pressing the clutch full. Made hard sqeuky noise. Told him to change gear properly. Absolute idiot

Worst garage ever, after 2 weeks of keeping our van they didn't do literally anything, when asked when we can expect it to be fixed they gave us another 2 weeks window. Such a waste of time. There are lots of competitors around so better go there as here only thing you get is disappointment

My car has been with this company for 3 weeks with the date for return keep on changing, as they have purportedly found more damage, but despite asking, we have been given no answers to what that was. When we phone up for some answers we don't get them, and at the moment I am really concerned about the quality of the repairs that will be done. This garage was recommended by my insurance company who I have written to to express my concerns.

Worst car repair experience ever.
My insurance company sent my car to this repairer, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. First, the repairs took over three weeks—far longer than necessary for the work that was needed. When I finally went to collect my car today, the person at the counter was completely unprofessional, with unfriendly attitude.
To make things worse, my car seats were left with grease marks and stains. Now I have to spend more money getting them cleaned. Absolutely unacceptable.
Avoid at all costs.
