Car came back must quicker than expected after repairs and it came back very clean. The team are also very helpful over the phone. Very happy, would highly recommend!

My rear bumper and sensors were damaged and they have repaired it within a very quick period of time to a high standard

Asked me for pictures to only turn around and say they cannot repair my car because "there's too many undriveable vehicles on their site"
Completely wasted my time and unorganised, I don't know why you request for pictures to then reject my car if you knew you couldn't repair it to start with.

This guys are very good in taking money for jobs they haven’t done & the main point raised by other mechanic & following they fixed the bumper that they charged my insurance company over £1000+.
I found the shock absorbers that were impacted in rare offside when accident happened they refused to fix it & wanted £350 for it. I got my mechanic to put in new absorbers at a cost of £210.
I would relay my feedback to my insurance & ask them to avoid them for other future customer
Have to mention when I told Rav about this he said it was in MOT advisory last year but it wasn’t my fault this got more damaged in the accident & they were suppose to put it right

Really good service. The people at Fix Auto are really helpful and you feel like they want to look after you. I should have checked the car though before I took it back (I couldn't because I had Covid) and we missed that my satnav/app connect hadn't been re-enabled. Took it back though when I realised and all sorted.

Had to put my car in this garage due to an insurance claim. I thought I would have to take it to thegarage they however collected and dropped off my car when the job was complete. The repair was outstanding, you would never know it had been damaged. Absolutely fantastic service.
