Absolutely perfect customer service from Fix Auto Northwich. The job was explained clearly with a fair, transparent and reasonable cost. The work was done to a very high standard and all the way though the team kept me up to date with progress. They are a friendly, trustworthy team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and the quality of their work.

Definitely recommend this place for car repairs

I recently reversed into a tree at low speed and caused what looked like minor damage to the rear bumper and door of my brand-new Mazda. Unfortunately, the damage turned out to be more extensive than I first thought. I took the car to Fix Auto Mid Cheshire, as they’re a Mazda-approved repairer, and I’m so glad I did.

I met Phil, who clearly explained what needed to be done and how they would approach the repair. I was particularly worried about matching the Soul Crystal Red paint, but Phil reassured me they had perfected the process—and he was absolutely right.

Phil also took the time to look over the rest of the car and spotted a small paint imperfection on the bonnet, advising me to take it back to Mazda. Mazda agreed to repair it under warranty, and Fix Auto Mid Cheshire carried out both jobs together.

Throughout the whole process, Phil kept me fully updated, and I always felt my car was in the best possible hands. When I got it back, it looked as good as new—a truly fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

I can’t praise Phil enough for his superb customer service. If only all companies were this easy to deal with! Highly recommended.

I recently had my car repaired at this garage after it was damaged in a collision, and I’m extremely impressed with the results. The bodywork was in rough shape after the crash, but the team did an outstanding job restoring it. The finish is smooth, the paint matches perfectly, and the car genuinely looks as good as new.

Communication was clear throughout the whole process, and they completed the work within the timeframe they promised. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work.

My car had to go in for repair after someone backed up in to the side of it. I cannot thank Steve and Phil enough for making the process so smooth. I was kept informed every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. Very quick responses to any questions I had. When my car was repaired I was delighted with the end result. Excellent service from start to finish. Kept up to date with repair status, dropped and picked up from very local courtesy car hire place and the car came back gleaming inside and out. Fabulous paint repair and the tam very polite, courteous and very professional. Highly recommend.

After initial contact with Ian at customer services at Corkhill's Hyundai in Northwich I was referred to Fix Auto Mid Cheshire.
I made contact with Steve and an appointment was arranged where Phil Chesworth and his team assessed damage to rear off-side door panel.
From then on in, I was very well looked after. Communication was brilliant throughout and Phil kept me upto date with progress and the likely finish date for me to pick up my car.
Several things struck me about this company. Attention to detail, entirely customer focused, work of a very high standard,unfailingly polite and courteous at all times.
