Body work was fine, as was the timescale. However, for some strange reason, I received the car back with both front headlight bulbs not working.

My car was involved in an accident and I trusted my insurance company to send my car to a reputable garage for repairs. My car was sent to Fix Auto in Lichfield. I don’t know whether the mechanic was lazy or just having a bad day but the workmanship was appalling. They left a dent in the back of my car and just cover it up by using the bumper. However, over time this dent let in water which leaked into my boot. I was left having to pay almost £500 to put right what they did wrong.

Totally professional service from start to finish. They come to your home to pick up/drop off your car and provide telephone progress updates throughout the repair. Amy, in particular, went above and beyond the service expected. Not only are they recommended but I will definitely use them in the future for any car needs.
