Very ordinary company nothing special to write about as I wasn't happy with the minor repair work until fourth time returned attempt.

I recently had my car repaired here and I am very pleased with every aspect of the service from start to finish.
Justin was especially helpful and explained everything regarding the process and making sure the work was completed to a very high standard.

In terms of the service and the quality of the repair, Fix Auto in High Wycombe were excellent and were I marking them just on that then they would be easily deserving of the full five stars.

What I didn’t appreciate was their insistence on recording all my bank card details including the security number thus compromising my card’s security. I challenged this twice and the gents I spoke to simply said it was company policy in case they received parking tickets or speeding fines in respect of the courtesy car.

I explained that my cards security was now compromised and that if the intention was to simply pay any tickets that came through in the future in relation to my use of the car, they would be doing do without my authority and also it assumed that I wouldn’t potentially contest a ticket.

They were unmoved by this and as a result I have had to cancel my card which is an annoyance. I understand that some people will not be that concerned about this and feel I am being a bit pathetic, but it did detract from what was otherwise a great experience with Fix Auto.

I received really good service from fix auto. My car was mended to a great standard in a quick time. They accommodated my every need without asking, including dropping my car off back home because I was isolating. Thanks all around,

Happy with service overall and repair looks very good but would have appreciated some proactive progress reports so that we knew when to expect return of the vehicle rather than the total radio silence until the day that the car was ready for return. Also courtesy car had engine management warning light on for the whole of the time that it was with us which was a bit concerning even though it performed perfectly well

Superb service. The guidance and review for estimate was easy. Work was scheduled in as quickly as they could and picked up my car for ease.
